Weave is an amazing product and we have 4 offices using this software. Customer service was great through the sales and installation process. Once that process was complete you literally can't get someone to help you. The two star rating is due to the NON-EXISTENCE of any customer service. Phone call to customer support, on hold for 1 hour and still no answer. Live chat is not live until you go through a battery of questions and then the live chat hold is hours long, if it's answered at all. Weave needs to read the book, "Good to Great" and apply their principles. This company won't be in business for the long haul until they fix these problems.
