I work here as an engineer and couldn't be more proud of this company. The casual atmosphere and the family environment is like none other. Everyone works towards a common goal of "have fun and make money".
PROS - Laid back work environment, company gives free soda/juice/powerade/water etc, they have their own delicatessen.
CONS - If you work the entry level assembly in the SMT/PCB department you will be laid off every winter and work through a temp agency. The manager Wade will lie to your face and say that he won't know about lay offs until September/October but you will end up getting a call in mid to late August that they are slow and don't need your services anymore. Also my coworkers in this department would steal my chair/tools on my desk and never put it back or even bother to ask me if they can use or barrow my things.
I interned here and had the best experience. All of my co-workers helped me get up to speed and were always willing to teach me. Also the lighting equipment is the best you can find!
