Worked at the STAR center. Minacs, the company contracted to handle the call center, is an awful company to work for. Terrible management, and constant micro managing. Extremely high turn-over of employees. If contacted to work for this company, AVOID them at all costs.

This FCA facility to service Chrysler/FCA vehicles driven by employees and retirees. It is a good facility run by experienced and highly qualified employees.
