We Escape Review

We had a group of 6 and did the serial killer room. It was really fun! This is the 3rd room I've done in 3 different locations. This one stands out. There was enough room for 6 people to participate and engage for most of the full hour.

It was fun. We needed hints because our group with nuts.

Super fun, highly recommend doing these escape rooms!

It was great. They put a lot of time and energy to put the stories together as nd it was FUN! The people running it were very friendly snd helpful.

They were so accommodating and welcoming. We had a totally awesome experience and would definitely go back!!!

Tons of fun.

It was slightly of the beaten path but easy to find. Large comfortable lobby to hang with family and friends while you wait for your adventure.

Online booking was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and ready to take our group back right on time. This was my first time but I will definitely be back again.

Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience this time around. I understand that due to COVID changes needed to be made, but it felt like it was understaffed. Nobody was directly available to greet us and during the game we asked numerous times for about 15 minutes for a clue and nobody answered. It's sad because we've had a great experience at the Escape Company before. Hopefully next time better.

Honestly haven t had this much fun as an adult in forever !!!! The staff made the experience 100x better especially Alix!! I can t wait to go back !

This place is just wonderful! To start off, there is a lobby to wait in, unlike other escape rooms in the area. While you're awaiting your turn in the room, you can play games like clue or apples to apples! There's a cute little video to help introduce the story line before entering the room. The scenario was very well planned and executed (this of course depends on who is helping you solve the clues) If ever you need help during your time in the room, more clues are just a holler away; a lovely staff member will guide you in the right direction upon request! Overall, this place provided a perfect escape room experience from start to end!! I definitely recommend!!!

We went to The Escape Company for the first time and have to say I was impressed. We do a lot of escape rooms and Outlawed was challenging and really fun. One unique thing about this place is that they have a bar and allow you to bring your drink with you while you try to escape. Nice!! The people there were very friendly and you can tell they love what they they do. We'll definitely be back again soon.

The escape company was my familys favorite part of our Orlando trip!!! Chelsea made our time wonderfully and was a great game leader. The experience was superb and I have recommended this to my friends. We played the silent tide game, the puzzles were great and the decorations throughout the building were beautiful. Well done escape company.

Greatest escape room game ever!! We played Surburban Serial Killer and it was amazing. The room itself was built so well! Curtis and Charlotte were GREAT!!! 30/10 Definitely go here! Thank you guys for a great time!

We just went for my birthday, it was so much fun. We chose the Silent tide and had a group of 7 people and we ended the game with 40.13 sec left on the clock. Staff were very nice and everything was sanitized.

Have to agree with many of the reviews. The woman who answered the phone was very rude. Turned us off immediately.

We just went to The Escape Company and did the CSI serial killer escape room. We had a group of 5 and had an awesome time! They had everything completely cleaned and very well kept so we didn t have to worry about the pandemic for a little while. I highly recommend this place!! My mother has epilepsy and it was completely safe for her going through the escape room as well. We will be returning!

Went to the Escape Company with my family and we had an amazing time!! The staff was AWESOME, our game host even went as far as to tend to our 9 month old granddaughter while we tried to find all of our clues. We had such a fun time that I would definitely recommend this experience with this company and we will for sure visit them again when we are in town. Thanks again to the entire staff for making this a perfect end to our Orlando vacation.

Was a little challenging. If you do not have enough people they will pair you with another group. We did the Outlaw room... it's one the medium difficulty rooms. Was fun and entertaining.

Pandorium is awesome definitely worth the time! I'm an escape room junkie! And this one was really fun! I wouldn't recommend for first timers though the puzzles required a lot of work and it had a 1% escape chance. Needless to say we didnt make it out!! There are a few others too that looked interesting silent tide is pirate themed, hidden temple is jungle themed, outlaw is cowboy themed. I would recommend there's usually a Groupon

3rd time was a charm. Finally beat one! Everytime my wife and I have gone its been amazing. The staff is wonderful

We ran out of time, but most of all we worked together. Clues weren't as detailed.. We enjoyed it..

I went to the Escape Room with a group from work. We chose the Suburban Serial Killer room and it was AMAZING!! Had a wonderful time, it was a challenge and required some major team work making it a perfect team building event. The owners/staff were fantastic, excellent customer service! I recommend this to anyone and everyone!! I plan to return with my own family and try one of the other rooms my co-workers loved

Best escape room I have been in. Absolutely great hosts we loved it so much we came back 2 more times. In order we did and got out of Pandorum, silent tide, and serial killer. I wish we had time to go to their other room. Our hosts were Kyle and Gus. The rooms didn't have anything scary but once in a while they would make some buzzer noises and bang on the wall to make us jump. It's a great place to go after going to a park during the day. If you are going on vacation in the area this place is a must!

We did Silent Tide with two people and it was really fun! Everyone that works there was really nice!

Lots of fun but there isn't enough room for 10 people even though it advertises a puzzle for 10. I will for sure be back to do the other puzzles but with 8 or less people next time. Curtis was an excellent game host.

This was a great experience with our family. My parents had never done an escape room but we completed it with time to spare.

My family of 7 and a half arrived to suburban serial killer last Saturday. The staff from the beginning acted as if they had better things to do. We were the only people there.. No wait time which is the one star. The man helping us with our room asked if anyone had done one before in which half of us had so he stated "good that makes this easy" therefore did not explain to the others. We entered and he said "pay attention to the video its important" there was sound but no video. When we called for a clue on a walkie talkie he said It was not a clue anyway. Room was not set up well. At the end we asked another man different from the first if he could explain the room and what we missed "It would take to long to explain" no other guests were there that I saw. Employees were not helpful. Bathroom was dirty. Overall NOT a good experience. We have been to other places that made you feel welcome from beginning to end but this one was definitely not. I am sure I will not be getting a reply from facility just wanted to warn others to go to another place not this one. I even told the guy that we were not pleased with our experience and he just walked away. I am assuming the great comments are from owners or employees not actual customers or maybe we went on the day employees were quitting.

I have been DYING for an Escape Room in Orlando and the talented crew finally made my dreams come true! Super excited about the space and puzzles, can't wait to go every weekend until I solve every game!

Owned and operated by a very sweet family. With COVID they've made adjustments that make you feel comfortable. They were flexible about giving us clues even though we were only supposed to have four. We did the Outlawed escape, which was pretty difficult, so we definitely sought out the extra help. The game itself was well thought out and staged. Good pricing too. Can't wait to go back again soon!

Visited on 3/19. This was our first time attempting an escape room. Happy it was here! The staff was super cool! We were greeted and helped by Alix upon arrival. I can t remember the name of the young lady that helped us while in the room but she was super cool. We will back to ESCAPE!

Lots of fun. We will be going back. Next time we will be more knowledgeable.

So much fun. We escaped 2 rooms in one day. They are pretty hard rooms to get out. Fortunately you start receiving some help along the way. Very fun. Wish I could've had more time to do another room

Had a really good time. We did the serial killer room. It was well done with good puzzles. Challenging and fun! Staff was small but really friendly and nice.

This was my first time at an escape room and I can will say it was one of the funnest things I've done with my friends. The people there were great. They make paying very easy, we had no trouble at all though we did buy our tickets online. Me and my friends are definitely planing on another trip! I recommend it to anyone with an hour to spare.

Suburban serial killer was great! Didn t beat it, but very close and will be back!

Not worth the money to play a game filled with only locks and no puzzles. Would highly recommend The Escape Game Orlando or Americas Escape Game to get your money s worth. Also was not really greeted, just led to the room.

Lots of fun and interesting story. We did "Outlawed" and would recommend giving that one to try. Staff was very friendly.

Not up to the quality and level of intricate puzzles of other rooms in the Orlando area. Some locks and props need to be replaced as they are very worn. Our group of 4 adults were placed with 4 children under the age of 12 with no adult into a room even though not a single other escape room was being used at the time. We wish we were given the option to try another room to allow the kids to enjoy a room themselves and for us to not take on the role of babysitter. It seemed inappropriate for us to be in a room without them having a supervising adult. We have done many (30+) escape rooms in Orlando and have played with younger children who have had their parents also pay and participate in the room. We only wish we were given the option to separate when the building was cleary empty. Kind, happy staff who listened to our concerns after the fact. Wish it had all been more positive as we were celebrating a birthday. Better luck next time.

Escape company orlando is awesome! I'm an enthusiasts who does a lot of rooms! Each of their rooms are unique. They have challenges that make you think and have fun!
If you want a fun place to go and have fun, then check them out. The owners and employees are great as well! :)

It was alot of fun. Did the hidden temple challenge and had alot of fun. Everyone there was really nice and polite. Particularly Tom who monitored or room while we played. Would secondarily recommend to anyone and are already planning to go back very soon.

Cool concept with the bar included, but Pandorem was underwelming.

I had booked this for a fun bridal party experience to kick off our night. Since I am not from Orlando, I read the reviews for escape rooms there and chose what I hoped was the best one. My husband and I love escape rooms, and was so excited to introduce my sister and the whole bridal party to this fun experience! When we all got there, there was no one to greet us. We waited for fifteen to twenty minutes in the front room, then I walked around trying to find a worker. I saw someone outside who looked like they worked there so I waved and he came in and apologized. He said that he thought someone else was in here to check us in. We got checked in and the lady came and got us started in our room. The intro video was very quiet and hard to hear. There wasn't a timer up on the screen once we started so I called out to ask how much time left. Then the lady put the timers up. The room was challenging and fun. We had about 25 minutes left and were on the final puzzle. The lady kept asking us if we wanted clues, and we said no (repeatedly) because we had plenty of time to figure it out on our own. After we solved the riddles and "escaped," the lady came in and let us out and said okay bye! That was it.. no celebration or photo props or photos or anything like normal escape rooms.. Very disappointing in terms of staff and experience. Was sad I chose this escape room to celebrate my sister's wedding. :(

I've done many escape rooms.. My teen daughter & I found at least the "Suburban Serial Killer" one here to be ...well... so-so at best. The room/scenic-wise LOOKS great and there's a minor unique twist or two but the puzzles don't fit the story at all and SEVERAL of the puzzles seemed not just difficult--but defying commonsense/logic. The experience was just too tedious and not as fun/flowing as it should be.

Visited Orlando from Texas and Went here with my 2 siblings and my sisters boyfriend and we all had a fantastic time! All of the staff was amazing!! very friendly and helpful especially Curtis he was very nice and patient with us and definitely made the experience better! the rooms were very fun! We almost made It all the way through 2. Highly recommend this place!! Will definitely be returning to this location next time we visit Orlando!

Fun time and challenging puzzles. There definitely needs to be more of an introduction for new players so they don't whip out cell phones or flashlights. I'd go back to try the other rooms.

The place changed of how it use to be before. The staff was better.

What a terrible experience for 8 friends and family. The lady at the front desk ruined the experience from the beginning when she barked he s an adult and can sign it himself. They didn t take the time to explain the experience and expectations prior to entering the room. Didn t offer any pictures of the experience and of course we were not able to escape but when asked what did we miss the lady said oh I could have showed you in the room but it s too late now. Really? We used a Groupon for the experience which still cost $250 but the only memory we have is the rudeness of the front desk lady.

I've come here twice: once in May 2017 and once on January 3rd 2019, and both times I was super impressed by the room. Before you go into any room they show you a little video to give you the feel for the room. It's a little cheesy but maybe that's why I liked it lol. It gets you in a mood to have fun and not take it too seriously.
In May, my group (my party was four and there were two randoms) loved our game master/hint provider person. The serial killer room was super fun and interesting. I've done a few rooms and even though we were about a minute away from escaping, it's probably my favorite.
In January, my group (party of 5 plus two randoms) had a game master that was okay, but randomly switched from a guy to a girl, and the girl seemed lost on what to give us as a hint. I'm assuming they were training the girl to give hints so I won't take off a star just for that. Plus, the guy at the front desk was so chill and nice that he made up for it. We chose the silent tide. The room was impressive, but we had 7 people and it seemed crowded. Like there wasn't enough puzzles to be solved by all of us. Not a flaw of the room, but rather a warning that if you have 7 people ready to go in and solve puzzles, it will get a little hectic. But sometimes people will bring people just there for a good time, not hardcore puzzle solvers.
Overall, I enjoyed it both times. A bit pricier than other rooms, tbh, but if you're visiting the Orlando area (I live nearby but still like this one a lot) and have the extra vacay money to spend an extra 5 dollars per person compared to other places, definitely go for it.

The owners were very sweet and the rooms were very good. Would recommend to everyone looking for a fun thing to do when it s raining out!

Great experience! Just me and my wife went in to the suburban serial killer and almost made it out! Great time with the staff. Super attentive, from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out things were at a good pace. Best time for my first escape room

Love the Escape Room over in Melbourne so excited for the Orlando location to open. Staff is great and can't wait for new and even more challenging games. This is a must visit for all Game Room Enthusiaist!

Curtis was spectacular employee. Our first time in an Escape Room. Curtis explained how and what to look for without giving anything away. Our small group of three was hooked after we finished we were ready to go again on another quest into one of the other rooms.

Friendly staff and fun first time experience. Would recommend going with enough to have your own group though. Two of us were paired with family of six and it seemed like too many people trying to do things. Also a problem when you don't know the people and they keep asking for clues right away.

One of my favorite escape rooms in Orlando! I ve done almost all the rooms, and the quality and difficulty of the rooms are very well executed. My favorite so far is the suburban serial killer, but i have yet to try pandorum. If you re hesitant to try them, they usually have deals on Groupon!

Cannot WAIT for this new escape room to open! Great location and great games. Especially excited for the pirate room, so different and fun!

A couple of us went for the first time and had a great time! We weren't too sure what to expect, but everything was explained clearly by the staff. It was challenging, immersive, and a good team building experience. Highly recommended!

I loved it !!! I did 2 escape rooms with my husband and brother in law and his wife we did outlawed and pandorum which were so cool we were prisoners in one and a rescue team in another. Curtis and Charlotte were awesome and helped us with explaining the rooms and giving us the clues. My favorite part was the fact that we felt like we were actually part of the theme of the room. Thank you Curtis anc Charlotte you guys are awesome, definitely see you guys soon for the other rooms !!

We visited here in January for a birthday celebration and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were running late due to our dinner plans and the staff worked with us and switched our time around with no complaints. The room was challenging, yet fun! We will definitely be back!

lots of fun, our family used it about six month ago and coming back today for a second round, suuuuper recommended.

My friends and I didn't escape but we had lots of fun.
