We Escape Review

First time we ever did one of these, it was a blast! A little addicting too, can't wait to go back. We did the "pirate" theme one it was challanging and fun. Friendly staff and clean.

I was on vacation in Florida and decided to try this place out.

No one picked up the phone and when I got there the doors were locked and no one was inside.

Thanks for wasting a day of my vacation when I could have done so many other things.

Very personal service from the staff. Wendy was fantastic and very patient while we were choosing the type of room. Would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to coming back!

This is by far the best escape room in all of Orlando.

Loved the Pandorum room! I've done around 2 dozen escape rooms and it was definitely one of the most challenging rooms I have ever done. It was also super immersive and well done as far as art and theme. Definitely would recommend. But even with a team of 5, with 2 experts (2 people who have done over 100 rooms), we still were challenged with the Pandorum room.

Cool place to go with friends staff is bubbly & nice will help you out when in a panic. Also its on Groupon so if your bored i say go check it out get the brain working. WE MADE IT OUT ALIVE!

I ve played this company s games before and they were really good, this location just needs new management. The game master was not in tune with us in the game, didn t offer a photo or ask us to come back. The entire facility was dirty, bathrooms were really bad. Several of the game clues were difficult to understand because they were so worn.

Hi! I had a wonderful time! There room ideas are spectacular and challenging at the same time. It is truely a unique and intriguing experience. They also have awesome customer service! When I went, we didn't make it out the first one, so we paid again to do ANOTHER great escape in another room and made it out. It was so fun and cost efficient. To bad its only in Florida.

Just a heads up- GROUPON IS ONLY FOR 2 OF THE ROOMS. I wanted to book a room here and found a groupon online. Turns out it is only for 2 of their rooms and this is in the fine print. Typically when booking an escape room if it is a Groupon for only specific rooms it is clearly in the description! I did not play there so I m sure they might be 5 star rooms, but it s very frustrating that the Groupon was not clearly labeled. I called to ask about using it for the room we wanted to do and was told it wasn t possible to do that.

The entire experience was awful. I wish with my entire heart I didn t spend $100 for my 11 year olds birthday here. It was heart breaking as we walked out and had such a bad experience. I ve been to several escape rooms and this one need management help tremendously. Walkie talkies didn t work, the lady who explained the rules mumbled and we barely caught any of them, we didn t win (which happens sometimes no biggie) and when the lady came in she was LAZY about explaining the ending to us. Never walked around the room and showed us with a peppy attitude. She didn t offer for us to take a picture or nothing. Seriously all 8 of us walked out feeling like that was the worst money we ve ever spent, NOT because we lost. Again, I ve lost before but the people who work there should handle themselves better.

$100 is a LOT of money for anyone, especially my 11 year old for her birthday. Shame on your The Escape Room Company.

We escaped the room! Would come back! Miranda was very friendly and helpful when we were having trouble figuring out the puzzles. (Miranda, can we drink the water?)

After visiting a few escape rooms in the surrounding area, the escape company is properly the bottom of my lisr when it comes to my favourites. The locks were really hard to work to the point where someone had to tell us over the tanoy that we had the right code and just had to keep trying to pull the lock open. There were puzzels that didn't really fit the theme and overall didn't find it really emmersive. It would be a great place to go if it's your first ever escape room as a family but wouldn't recommend for a group of experienced escapers

Went on a date and it was fun as heck...
they put us in a room with a lot of clues for just two people and.. we didn t get to finish it.. but i still live for it.. would do it again any day

This was such a great experience. We did one room and went back for a second. Both were great. We brought pur son 11 years old. It was good for him. The staff was so great and helpful. Recomend this place for sure. Will be going back for another room.

IT WAS A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO FIGURE OUT BUT THE PEOPLE WE WERE PAIRED WITH WERE GREAT & OVERALL WE HAD A GOOD TIME

We've done 3 out of the 5 rooms here now and they've all been great!

The rooms are interesting and the puzzles are all well designed and pretty challenging on occasion without being too obtuse.

The staff are really friendly and seem to genuinely want us to have a fun time. The system to get clues when you get stuck is nice so you can keep moving forward.

I'm looking forward to doing the final two rooms!

I visited this location last Wednesday with my husband and another couple. This was all of our first times going to an escape room and I wasn t sure if it was something we would enjoy but it turned out really good. They allow you to drink while playing which is fun and the room was really interesting. We did a pirate themed room and although we weren t the best at it(first time) we still had so much fun and ended up solving all of the little puzzles. Definitely would go back and probably will.

This place is freaking awesome!!! We went here from a Groupon I got my wife and we picked the best one it seems like! We went through the nautical pirate themed room and it was so cool. It was difficult but fun. We were very close to finishing before the 60min time limit but unfortunately didn t make it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This is the first escape room we ve ever done but we will definitely be returning! Highly recommended!!!

Staff was very friendly and able to accommodate my booking on short notice.

Horribly rude woman at front desk. Refused to honor our groupon or work with us to resolve the issue. She wasn't apologetic for the mess up. She was dismissive, unprofessional and ill mannered. We never made it in so I can't review the escape experience but we would never choose to return or patronize this business because of our negative experience in the lobby. They definitely need a better interface with the public.

Pretty darn cool, was very surprised on how challenging it was. Only made it through the 2nd room out of 5. Did the Outlaw.

Very well prepared rooms. Clues were great! We had an awesome time! Chelsea was amazing!!
