Run dont walk...scam, over priced, i felt the computer tech i talked to over holiday seemed uninterested in my issue and made me feel like i was bothering him when i called about my computer. I wonder how a place like this is in business. The new lady who answered phone tried to be helpful and was nice, but but past that the computer staff and pricing was a no. Never again. Replace a new computer? You didnt even look at it and huffing and puffing during my first call didnt make me feel like I waa nothing more than an annoyance.

They are rip off artists! They charged me $489 to "fix" my overheating computer claiming that they completely rebuilt the fan. When I got it back it was no better than when I started. I brought it to another shop and when they removed the "rebuilt" fan it was completely packed with dust. They also determined that the liquid cooling solution had coagulated. I won't even get into how rude the office staff is. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!

We Care Computers, LLC is an awesome company. They care not only about their clients but their community as a whole. They are responsive, timely and always proactive. I highly recommend using their services you will not be disappointed.

I do consulting work on my computer, so I was horrified when I inadvertently downloaded a virus. I cannot afford to be out of commission! We Care Computers came right away, and the service representative knew exactly how to rid my computer of its problem. He was fast, efficient, and professional. There is no other service I will ever call other than We Care Computers.

Buyers beware! Either the owner of this company, Avi, or one of his employees has been scamming Wayfair for about 10 months. Buying expensive merchandise and then claiming it as lost or defective and getting full refunds. That just does not seem like integrity to me. I am not sure what he sells in the store but it's possible that some of the merchandise is being resold.

The integrity and value of this company is unparalleled, and it starts at the top with the President and Owner, Avi Smith-Rapaport. He is as dedicated to serving his customers as he is to bettering his community and helping others around him. I honestly don't know if I know anyone more altruistic.

My desk top had a virus that was shutting down my whole system. I hadn't done a back up in months and was about to lsoe EVERYTHING include all my 2,500+ photo of my kids. We Care Computers not only saved all my data, but was able to get me back up and running and gave me tons of options, like upgrading my operating system. The next day, my lap top got the blue screen of death and they were able to come out that same morning. If you are having any problems with your computer, these are the go-to people. I know longer get upset when something doesn't work as I know they will fix it. Being a Senior, that's important. They will also come and tutor you if you need help with Power Point, uploading pictures or downloading music. I've used them since they were just a small company and they have grown since the. However, they still give that personal touch. Try them and you'll see. We Care Computers- remember the name.

After decades of good luck with computers, I had a desktop and a laptop appear to die within days of each other. Given all the developing issues out there (do I really need a laptop given all the tablets in the house? do I want to buy even a cheap desktop with Windows 8?), I wanted to avoid any new hardware purchases if possible. At the same time, I didn't want to pay someone half of the cost of a cheap desktop to be told that these two computers were dead.

At a very reasonable rate and in very short order (I did bring the computers into their office), I found out that the laptop was indeed dead but the desktop could be easily restored to the living. I would highly recommend We Care Computers to anyone.

Are they the cheapest tech service? No.

You want to make sure you're up and running quickly, you're backed up, and hopefully, you know when something may go wrong, but most of all, when it does- you're able to get up and running quickly and with minimal downtime.
We Care Computers is the company who will do that, and to keep great people, it is good to remember, you get what you pay for.

Heard some good things about the company, was pretty excited to have them fix my machine until they told me I had to put down $500 for an easy troubleshooting job.. I can just replace the parts in question for cheaper! If you've got cash to waste, try these people. Otherwise, there are better priced techs.
