Billy Tee's and The Hideaway/Torza's Golf Review

First time visit, loved hitting my bucket of balls, getting a swing tune up from my favorite caddy.

Friendly staff plenty of space and well marked with the yardage ,frequent user, definitely recommend

Golf ball dispenser doesn't ever work with credit cards. I went there for because the normal place I go requires cash so I thought out of one less stop I'd go there and use credit like the people around me it didn't work for anyone..

Good fun for everyone. Challenging but doable. The added card game is a nice touch.

Great place for not only the kids, but for anyone!
They have a golf driving range with grass area. You can use your drivers unlike a lot of golf ranges in the area.
A members only area with places to practice your long and short game. Very nicely kept.
They added televisions to the tee line, new vending machines and rocking chairs - love that!
The batting cages were a lot of fun. They even have a fast pitch softball machine.
The miniature golf has these cool mischief spinners and a card game you can rent - very funny!
And they have soft serve ice cream. Kids love that!
The restaurant has great wood fired pizza and the largest and most unique selection of crafts beers.
My new summer hangout for sure!

Looking forward to 2016. New features at the golf range, added bunkers, target greens, larger putting green. Also, added features to the miniature golf, moving objects new fun ideas and the batting cage will also add new features. See you in the spring.

The course is a dump. Hasn't been repaired or cleaned in quite a while. Debris and leaves all over the course - we had to clean each hole to be able to play. Can't believe they charge people to play here.

Good, challenging mini golf. Nice layout and clubs are intact. Nice staff :)

Great place to keep your golf skills on track. The covered heated area is perfect for cold weather practice.

Pretty good driving range but the grass is in poor condition. Need to do a better job rotating where you can hit from on the grass so it grows back.

I have went daily and it is great. Mini golf and batting cages are great too.

Nice location right off the highway, heated/covered area for year round play. Grass, mini golf, nice restaurant. All around good time

Appears that it's under new ownership and some serious upgrades have been made including a tech analysis at each under cover station of your swing and ball flight. Didn't use it but it looked pretty interesting.

First time there the food was fantastic and service just as great

Cute non-chain golf and batting cages. The pavilion offers shade and respite on a sunny day. Check this place out!

Mini-golf was a sad experience. First of all, we had to call someone to come over to the mini-golf desk area to pay. Second of all, all the putters had sticky and disgusting rubber grip areas and most of them were so badly worn that the metal from the putter handle had pushed through so you literally had a metal pole sticking in your hand as you played. Some were even rusty . . . not great for children!! The course was a huge disappointment (cannot believe this made the Top 10 Mini-Golf Courses in CT . . . you cannot put Matterhorn in the same list as this place!!!!) . . . there were cigarette butts and trash on the course, the greens were ripped in some holes, and the entire course hasn't been updated in over 30 years!! Mini-golf is supposed to be a fun family experience . . . this wasn't and we couldn't wait to leave.

The playing area is a little dated. Repairs needed on a couple of things. Water display was a sesspool. Looked like it will be worked on at some point

Great spot to stop in the winter if you've got a golf itch that you're looking to scratch. They've got a pretty awesome mini-golf course, batting cages and a large driving range with lots of targets to hit to. In the winter time they've got some enclosed bays with heaters to help keep you warm and dry. My favorite part is that they use quality mats here that don't mark your clubs with the green plastic (if you've been to a driving range before you know what I'm talking about) highly recommended for offseason playing!

I hit balls there once a week. Some of the booths have heat . Balls quite banged up , but I use old clubs . Probably would not hit a new 400 dollar driver . They have a ball machine that accepts credit cards . You can always hit balls during daylight hours. And the kicker is they are open year-round. Even with a foot of snow .this place must have a million golf balls. Worth checking out

Mini golf was a bad experience course needs some serious attention. Oh and only one club was available for us to share but it was only ten bucks for both of us

Great place. Covered so you play in the rain. Right next door to Marriott courtyard hotel!

I had bought a Groupon for this and was ready to use it when my son and I arrived and the worker said to save it because mini golf was free between 11am-3pm on Fridays. We were pleasantly surprised.

Really fun place to golf. The driving range is really cool with targets in the field at different distances so you know how far you are hitting the ball. The mini golf is also fun which has these mischief spinners. You spin it and have to do something like put blinded or put between your legs. Its quite funny and would recommend!

Massive driving range with bays and grass. Pretty good members program with their own practice area. Loads and loads of balls, some of which are broken or cracked and dirty. The facility itself is dated and could use some help with cleanliness.

Pretty decent driving range. Nice greens and sand traps to practice from. Can practice from grass or mats. Heated stations so you can play year round.
