My desk top had a virus that was shutting down my whole system. I hadn't done a back up in months and was about to lsoe EVERYTHING include all my 2,500+ photo of my kids. We Care Computers not only saved all my data, but was able to get me back up and running and gave me tons of options, like upgrading my operating system. The next day, my lap top got the blue screen of death and they were able to come out that same morning.
