Wayne´s Coffee

PROS: The very best location, always full of people. Nice cafee to sit for a while, drink chai latte and watch people walking by. CONS: There is only one unisex toilet which was a little bit dirty, and the toilet s slush-button was broken.

First coffe shop where you felt completely unwelcome! Went in and sat down, waiting for my colleagues to have breakfast, the seller comes up and asks unpleasant if I will order something ... explained to her (the seller) that I wait a little, without further discussion she says I'm wearing me 5 min to order, or else I have to leave the place ... always used to buy breakfast on Waynes Queen Street on my way to work, but after such attitude I will never put my foot there again and I advise you to go at all! Have a full understanding that people coming from the street want to shake, take drugs, etc .. but as a professional sales person, one should be able to observe it before you start throwing people out. Wanted to know what she's called for a complaint, but never got the name or further information of her! "It's my business and I confess who's here," she said! Such behavior is not acceptable especially if you have not even given any reason for this ... boring that a person (employee) can destroy reputation for a good cafe chain so easy!

The staff at the Drottninggatan location is exceptional! Always incredibly friendly and the food never disappoints. The shop is cozy and the staff really wants your stay to be enjoyable. Really good and clean bathroom.

Crowdy, noisy, not as good coffe&sweets as other coffee places for same price.

It looks a bit old inside, but you can still get average sandwiches, nice coffee and hot chocolate, sadly not many milk options. And it is usually a bit overcrowded, since tables are maybe too close to each other you don t feel intimacy.

Going for the one on Queen Street: Best staff you can find, making the best match of the Latte, both hot and cold, that I've ever drunk! You always get happy when you come in and see their nice faces

Unfortunately, unpleasant response from staff when I questioned that the sandwich was not fresh, it tasted like, I asked to change, but the cafe owner said I had eaten too much on the sandwich to be able to receive compensation, the coffee was the only ingredient, it tasted anyway. very good.

Just a lot of people on a Friday about 16. About the same prices as Espresso House which is right next door, but I did not think their latte with dark chocolate was as good as the one at Espresso House.

It is a domestic brand coffee shop in Sweden, but the price is low and mid price. It's okay ... I'm used to the coffee given to the blackjack. The local quiet luxury? The coffee shop is inconvenient, but this house is okay. It is smaller than Starbucks, but it gives coffee to blackjack. Especially coffee taste is subjective.

I myself have worked on the Waynes Coffee chain and I know the standard they want and what good customer service is. The people at this Wayne's are extremely unpleasant and hot. You don't even have time to put off your jacket and put your study books on the table before anyone comes up and question one and stress about not being able to sit there unless you buy something. (NOTE: I was going to buy both coffee AND lunch there while I was plugging.) Believe it is "owned" by a family and everyone protects each other's bad behavior and bad behavior; with zero concern for the guest ... After being questioned (and I say being questioned because of the attitude / tone / energy that the employees had), I obviously did not want to stay there and thought about leaving a complaint to the site manager; With this, the employees became verbally aggressive, unpleasant, angry, disruptive, raised their voices and began to brush up physically and almost went inside me to pass by to pick up their mother (the site manager). Ush ... All students BE WARNED.

Wrong food, wrong accessories when I got food, dirty, crowded, broken toilet, unattended staff. Disappointed, because it was the first visit. Maybe better otherwise, don't know. At least not chances any more time.

Very nice staff. It is picked and cleaned all the time so it is fresh. Sufficient volume of music. A little expensive. Best of all is organic coffee! Four stars. Edit: nice in the morning but very messy in the afternoon. Much higher noise level and not as clean and nice. Very dirty crockery and cutlery. When I pointed out that I wanted a clean spoon, one in the staff immediately became angry and unpleasant. So damn sad when the impression in the morning was so good ... Lowering to three stars ...

Great wee coffee shop to drop into on the main shopping drag in Stockholm. The chap behind the counter has worked there for 4 years, so that says a lot in itself. Great service and attention to detail. I my opinion a better coffee chain the Espresso House, but that's just me. Good selection of teas, more that usual; coffes and more traditional hot chocolate as well.
