Purchased through Amazon and all is well. Looking forward to reading the newly arrived book.

Same company as world of books on ebay/amazon. Avoid like the plague. Rip off. Should call it world of theft.

I got the book from this store so quickly via Abebooks.

Google contact info on RHS of screen says "Open" but it seems they are not. A very fast ansaphone message says they are not able to take calls, gives email address & someone will respond. It would be helpful to say on the Google section "Temporarily closed (lockdown)" and give email address.

OK - I used this company initially through Amazon and had no problems and then went direct to the company itself as I am sure Amazon take their cut!!

Direct - pay more for the books, though no postage
Amazon - cheaper books but pay postage for each item (and it gets directed to their website anyway)
Broad as it is long

I ordered a series of books and there was a slight delay for some of them but the initial book failed their quality control so a delay was initiated but in fact it was not a long delay and also they responded direct to my e-mail

If you have query it is best to e-mail them direct first rather than put complaints on the website or any other website

The response to my e-mail was prompt and efficient

Hence the higher rating

Also it is a second hand book so things are not going to be perfect - as long as all the pages are there then it is fine

I ordered a book well over a month ago and have never heard a word from them since the order date. I have sent four emails and even spoke to a rep on the phone once, who took my order number and promised I would be getting a call - NOPE. I am extremely disappointed at zero communication from the company. It looks like they have my money and I have no book. Rip off.

unable to cancel an order after 5 minutes after placement.
Got to pay the return by my self.

I received the refund immediately. The customer service is actually very good.
