I myself have worked on the Waynes Coffee chain and I know the standard they want and what good customer service is. The people at this Wayne's are extremely unpleasant and hot. You don't even have time to put off your jacket and put your study books on the table before anyone comes up and question one and stress about not being able to sit there unless you buy something. (NOTE: I was going to buy both coffee AND lunch there while I was plugging.) Believe it is "owned" by a family and everyone protects each other's bad behavior and bad behavior; with zero concern for the guest ... After being questioned (and I say being questioned because of the attitude / tone / energy that the employees had), I obviously did not want to stay there and thought about leaving a complaint to the site manager; With this, the employees became verbally aggressive, unpleasant, angry, disruptive, raised their voices and began to brush up physically and almost went inside me to pass by to pick up their mother (the site manager). Ush ... All students BE WARNED.
