I went in as a walk in patient for a shoulder injury. P.A. Asbury and the rest of the staff were great; fast, accurate, courteous: overall an excellent experience. Thanks to the team.

Dr. Parks is by far one of the kindest most attentive physicians I have ever had the pleasure of being cared for by. He spends quality time to ensure he is aware of your issues and gives wonderful counsel on how best to treat them. His nurse Emily is wonderful as well in treatment and correspondence through the patient portal. I have been greatly cared for and helped my , Emily, Dr. Parks and Watauga Orthopedics!

My knee hadn t felt good since I fell last week. While I was eating lunch, it got worse. Very painful! Went to Watauga Ortho immediately after lunch to walk-in clinic. Was seen, had x-rays, excess of fluid was removed and received a steroid for inflammation and was back on the road in a very short time. The relief was amazing! And everyone was so nice and concerned. Smartest decision I have made in a long time!

Staff is great and Dr Price is very pleasant and seems to be very caring about his patienst new and old. Would have gave 5 stars but waiting for them to schedule my MRI was a little bit long. Anyways...still the place I would recommend to anyone.

Went in for a recheck of my foot today and I had injured my pinky finger. Saw Dr. Fowler for the first time. He was amazing. He is so very intelligent! The downside is 6 mire weeks in this awful boot!!

Very courteous and professional staff. I was especially surprised and thankful for the prayer that was offered up before my procedure. I had two back to back appointments for two different procedures and was completely finished and out even before the second appointment time. Highly recommend this group! Had physical therapy with Vanessa at the Kingsport location. Vanessa is very thorough and knows her stuff! Very helpful . I dont want my sessions to end! If ever I need PT, she is the one I will go back to!

My first visit to Watauga Orthopaedics was wonderful. They had me in a room, x-rayed and in a splint in less than an hour. Definitely recommend them!

I had a very horrible experience at Appalachian Orthopedic so I came to Watauga Orthopedic and received the treatment I needed, I was treated kindly and with respect, my needs were met above expectations!

Shawn is always great to see when I have trouble with my right leg and ankle from being fused and the rod in my leg.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jeffrey France's for approximately 10 yrs and he has performed 2 successful surgeries for me. I have just started seeing Dr. Eric Parks this year, and he just did the PRP procedure last week. I highly recommend either doctor for your orthopedic problems. They will treat you like you are family. The entire staff is always helpful and very friendly.

The staff at Watauga Orthopedics are doing a great job in my treatment and I have no doubt I will be back in action soon. Everyone is kind and eager to help. They seem genuinely interested in helping the healing process in any way they can.

Got good info regarding treatment and prognisis for my foot, and was registered and called back to see Dr. Parks in a few hot minutes by the nurse, who was very sweet and kind for waiting on me (I walk kinda slow). My entire visit was about 30-45 minutes, and I was treated like a queen by everybody. Btw, love Dr. Parks - he's the best!

Always a great experience at Watauga! The wait time is short, fantastic staff and you can t beat Dr. Duncan.

They were very quick to get me back, their staff was very friendly, the doctor seemed caring and talked to me in a language I could understand explaining my condition and what his course of treatment. My overall experience was amazing. I will definitely be going back the next time I need a orthopedic again.

My kids and I have used Watauga for many years now and always had great experiences. I love the fact they have a walk-in clinic since we have been able to bypass an expensive emergency room visit. The doctors and staff have been excellent! I highly recommend Everett Baker, Dr. Fowler, and Dr. Aiken, and Dr. Stewart as they have all taken great care of me and my family!

Today was my first visit ever to Watauga Orthopedic and I couldn't be more pleased. In and out in 1 hour, including x-ray and Dr. Fowler was the best. I didn't feel rushed. I felt like I was being heard and he explained everything to me. I am so grateful.

I was from out of town (Mississippi), and was a walkin patient, and everyone from the receptionist, billing, x-ray tech, nurses to Dr. Murphy was extremely town to earth nice and yet professional making my visit pleasant and informative about my situation. Wonderful experience! The receptionist was genuinely welcoming. The lady who processed our paperwork was so friendly and caring and seemed to love her job. Appointment was on time. Dr. Duncan was amazing and explained everything clearly.

Dr. Duncan is fabulous. He performed an ACDF and I was immediately relieved on my pain! He has great bedside manners and is very personable. I would highly recommend!

Office staff very nice. Dr. Duncan and Dr. MacDonald both were very nice also. Both doctors took their time and explained to me and showed me on the mri what is the matter with my back and the type of surgery l will need.

Long wait but very nice and informative Dr, helpful staff. 4 stars is because of 90 minute wait, copay for follow up visit, and my splint was originally placed extremely tight. Everything was fixed on the follow up visit. Still recommended. Thank you!

I would like to give a glowing review of Watauga Orthopedics! I went to the walk-in clinic this morning with a sprained ankle. I expected a long wait but was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to be treated. During my visit I was in contact with six different employees and each and every one of them was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional! By the time I returned home I had received an e-mail with a link where I could go online to review a summary of my visit. I also received an e-mail asking me to review my visit experience.
I can truthfully say this was the best healthcare experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Watauga Orthopedics!

Went to Watauga Orthopaedics on my doctor's recommendation. Even though I went as a "walk in", I was signed in and treated in a very timely manner. From front desk to the doctor, everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. Would recommend highly.

I saw Dr. Evan's at Watauga Orthopedics Walk-In Clinic today for knee pain. He was very good, concerned about my pain and we discussed options and decided a steriod shot in my knee. I am terrified of needles, but, Dr. Evan's had it done before I knew it with no pain. I would recommend Watauga Orthopedics for you needs!

Was greeted with friendly smiling faces. I was a walk in to the clinic. I was trying to get some help with pain before I see Dr Duncan, can t see him for two weeks. The staff took my personal information very quick. Within 20 minutes I was in to see a NP. She viewed my mri as tons of questions and said there was nothing she could do. She said Dr Duncan was a straight shooter and will tell me what is needed to fix my issues. To make the visit even more pleasant she had them reimbursed my copay since she couldn t help. How many other doctor offices will do this? ZERO

This is my 3rd. Visit and I can truthfully say I have received only the best of care. Doctor Lord is the best and all the staff are caring and very professional. They are the best !

Dr. Stewart is always so kind and answers all questions. The times I have seen Alvin for injections he also is very kind and gentle. They are great, IMHO and I have referred them to several people.

Sam Cook is awesome, very caring and compassionate. Knows his stuff.

I went to doctor for second opinion for Degenerated Disc Disease. I didn't hear anything that I didn't already know. I heard his life's story his age & that he has DDD. I paid over $1000 out of pocket. He spent about 10-15 minutes in the room. I was told to go home and take Aleve. I know what pain feels like & it's not fun. It seems like nobody in the medical field cares. It's all about money!!!

Watauga Johnson City is amazing! Dr. DeTroye performed my shoulder surgery June 2018. He and Scott were very thorough and explained everything very well. Everyone is super nice and professional. Physical Therapy center is awesome too! Love the staff there! David is great!! I also had back surgery November 2011 here and they took really good care of me then too!! All together they have earned my trust. They actually want you to make progress and heal. I would highly recommend them!!

I give Watauga Orthopedics a 10. They get you in for an appointment so quickly which is important when you are in a lot of pain. Just don t wait so long to go see them like I did. I wish they would have taken an X-Ray sooner, but maybe I didn t make it clear enough how it was hurting. Dr. Fowler and Dr. Gill, Jr are really nice and seem very caring. It seems Dr. Gill did an excellent job on my right hip too. I m home now, so we will see how it goes, but so far I m happy with them.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait long at any point of my time there - checking in, wait to be called back, wait for my turn to see the Doctor. The doctor was friendly asked questions, listened to my answers, answered my questions and made sure I understood my condition / treatment options. When I checked out the person at desk was helpful on a couple questions I had.

Everyone at this facility is warm, kind, and go out the way to make sure their patients feel safe and comfortable. Dr Parks is a superior physician and he has relieved my hip pain for a year at a time. Overall, this was a very positive experience!

My daughter had an accident on a trampoline and we had to take her in 10 minutes before they close on a Friday night! Staff was absolutely amazing!! From the lady at the front desk to the X-ray tech, to the doctor, to the nurses who put her arm in a cast! Never made us feel like a nuisance and were 100% focused on helping my daughter and making her feel better! Nothing but great things to say about this staff!!! Highly recommend!

Incredibly rude staff, utterly disorganized, and completely ignorant. They failed to inform of an appointment then charged for said missed appointment.

This office has it down from the time you enter the doors until the time you leave. Everything is very timely and professional. I was there to see Dr. France whom I had known from his previous office and was much happier at his new office with Watauga. My testing which was an MRI was available on site as well as PT. Everyone is professional and pleasant and I loved it. I work in a medical office myself and see how efficient this place operates. Highly recommend these folks. My physical therapist that I see there is also very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. If I could rate them ten stars, I would.
