Short wait. Friendly staff and knowable Dr. However a parking spot is hard to find

Dr. Brown took my symptoms seriously, got me the appropriate tests and probably saved my life. This is caring and responsive facility

Everyone was really nice and great especially the receptionist and the doctor Rebekah Clifford.

Had a good apt with Dr Cate. Was seen on a timely basis and was and Dr Cate showed concern for me and my medical issues.

The lab tech told me that she couldn't do the blood work because there were too many labs to get done. There were 11 lab tests to get done for tree nuts. Only tree nuts. I've never had a lab tell me they were not able to do the labs. The lab tech told me to go to St Marks Hospital Lab because they could do the lab work but they had already closed at 3:30pm. So I called my doctor's office and they thought it was weird too. I'm hoping my review saves others some time and headache.

Dr Barman is the best Dr I have ever had. He is caring, patient and a great doctor. We Need to clone him.

It was a great experience. The dr and her staff were courteous and professional. They spent a lot of time with me which was appreciated. What was ver surprising is that I thought I d be waiting quite a while to see the dr, but with 5-10 mins of me showing up, I was with the dr. That was great

Office visits are of a timely matter. And i personally think Dr. Norris has gone above and beyond with my healthcare.

Dr Jennifer Norris has been my primary care physician for 22yrs. I have always received the best care. She is knowledgeable, up to date, easy to talk to. She listens and cares. I would not know where else I could go and have the same expert care.

I had received two phone calls reminding me to come if for a shot. They informed me that I could come anytime between 8am-5pm without an appointment and anyone could help. I had planned on going straight from work at 4 but got held up and arrived just before closing at 4:55. The girl at the front desk informed me that it was too late and everyone had already left. I told her that I was told that anyone could do it and to come in anytime before 5. She continued to try to tell me that all of my doctors people were gone and had left at 3:30. I told her that shouldn t matter according to the message they left me. She finally agreed to go see if someone was could help me. When she returned she seemed annoyed, and gave me a paper to fill out and said it was going to be a few minutes. About one minute later someone came and got me, she also seemed a little put out by it but I might have just been reading into it. The whole process of giving the shot took about 2 minutes and I was out of there. I understand it s annoying to have people show up right before closing, but life happens. The fact that the lady at the front desk was very obviously lying to try to get out of helping me that day was annoying and unprofessional.

The staff at Granger are all very caring and efficient. I ve been going here for over ten years.
I chose Dr Zaneta Bulaj because of her background and intelligence. She is truly a gift to me and mankind.

Dr. Lisa Stout is an excellent doctor. Her staff is kind and courteous. The doctor addressed my concerns and came up with a treatment plan . I would highly recommend her to family or friends

Dr Brown was attentive, detail oriented, and knowledgeable. The staff were friendly, efficient, and welcoming.

I have had Tom for more than 25 years. He has taken good care of me. If I have a problem, I tell him directly and immediately.

The staff and Doctor Yarrish are friendly and competent. I am an elderly patient and in a number of other offices I feel that my concerns are brushed aside. Not in this office. Doctor Yarrish listens and takes the time to address my concerns

Very impersonal. No follow up other than by website. Did not address concerns discussed. Lab tech was great.

They have evening appointments, they saw me on time, and Dr. Jennifer Norris was knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. Highly recommend.

I love my doctor, I love Margret, but your BILLING SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm going to contact anyone who will listen and have a federal audit requested, of not just my billing, but every ones.
YOU failed in answering my questions. YOU send me out dated billing information and YOU have over charged me for about $350.00.
NOW find out where you went wrong and email me all the office Directors names and email address.
You bet I'm upset. I'm tied of your merry go round.

Dr. Yarrish is a very caring and knowledgeable physician, and the staff people are helpful and courteous as well. All possible precautions are being taken to avoid the spread of Covid-19. I highly recommend Dr. Yarrish and the staff at Granger Medical Wasatch.

I did not take the appointment due to the rude and disrespectful attitude of the woman making the appointment. I imagine the Doctors are far better then the office staff but if you value being treated with respect I would give this clinic a pass!!

I was called in to my office visit right on the appointment time. Dr. Yarrish addressed all of my questions/concerns.

I recently had a medical appointment with Dr. Lobsiger at Granger Medical Wasatch Internal Medicine. The appointment was by cell phone, with no problems. I am completely satisfied with the service provided by Dr. Lobsiger. I recommend this method especially if no physical presence is required.

I've had only positive experiences with my doctor and with Granger Medical!

Dr. Bulaj is an excellent physician. Unlike other doctors, whose visit is oftentimes cursory, at best, she is thorough, attentive, thoughtful, and personable. I highly recommend her.

I have been a patient at Wasatch internal medicine for many years. I am very glad that the doctors there stayed when they combined with Granger Medical. Very professional!

1. Doctor quit without notice, leaving me having to establish care with a new doctor with no notice.
2. EXPENSIVE $120 per visit (high deductible plan)
3. Call for a change my medication, within 3 months of being seen last and I have to come back in. Any reason to see me again could have been taken care of in a 2 minute phone call.

Convenient location to my house, and within the hospital. Friendly staff and very little wait time on the day I went.

I like Dr. Bulaj and how thorough she is.
Her assistant is pleasant and good to work with. The clinic is always busy and they got us back to see the Dr. without too much waiting.

Great service. No long waiting and the Doctors where very kind and listened. The lab was fast. My only complaint was that they forgot to call in my prescription on a Friday afternoon and it s monday afternoon and no one has called me back yet.

Got me in promptly . Was seen, and givin steps needed to see a specialist

Dearly love Dr Norris. She is kind, patient, thorough, an excellent physician with a great sense of humor. Everyone at the clinic is friendly, professional and helpful.

This place is quick and helpful. Plus when you leave they publish online records of your visit to a secure site, which is great.

Its always a GreAt experience! Dr. Barman & Margaret Grogan are the most supportive Dr. s I have ever had, I ve been seeing Dr. Barman for over 10 years and every visit is such an uplifting & informative visit. When you need blood work done they are right there in the same office. I have never had to wait more than 1/2 hour! I would wait for 2 hours if I had to that s how much I trust and like these Dr. s!!

Unfortunately the office Staff constantly cancel our long term appointments without notice and you end up showing up for an appointment you no longer have. Maybe if you have an emergency or are sick and schedule a few days in advance the appointment will be kept? In the year I have had more appointments cancelled without notice than dates kept. The Doctors and the Facility is great but I value my time and don't need to waste a hour or two for appointments that are canceled without notice.

Dr Tom Barlow his is the best. I m glad he is my doctor. His nurse Stephanie is the best

Dr. Bulaj has been our family doctor for several years. We really appreciate her. Her professional approach, her commitment to detail, her willingness to answer any questions we have and her availablilty has and is so appreciated by our family. Bottom line we trust her and even during insurance changes we always check that the provider list Dr. Bulaj and Wasatch / Granger clinic is covered. We love Dr. Bulaj.

Everyone at Granger Medical from the receptionists to the nurses and the doctors to the lab technicians, make you feel like you are a special person and that your health is as important to them as it is to you. I have always left their facility feeling well taken care of.

I had an excellent experience at the Granger Medical clinic. All the staff were professional and efficient, especially my doctor, Thomas Barman. He gave me positive pointers on healthy diet choices, safety in my home, health care choices, and just a lot of common sense advice for healthy living. It was an uplifting and reassuring annual wellness visit. He also has a good sense of humor and is fun to talk to!

I wrote a bad review a couple of months ago because they made me wait an extra 45 minutes to get to my appointment when I showed up 15 minutes early. But honestly things happen and can't go smoothly all of the time. The called and went to see if they could remedy the situation which was very courteous. Even though I was hesitant to go back again I recently went in for a pyschical I needed for a kickboxing match. They were fast with my appointment time and got my papers for my pyschical sent off easily. Overall they have great service, but everyone/every company will have a busier day in which we should be more understanding.

I love Dr. Randall Cate and all the people at GMH. They're always so helpful and friendly, and Dr Cate is very thorough and knowledgeable.

Dr. Daniel Yarrish has been my family s primary care physician for over a decade now and he is one of the most genuine and caring individuals I ve had the pleasure of meeting. Everyone at Granger is very warm and welcoming. I have always been treated fairly with kindness and respect.

Took the time I needed to explain what all my aches and pains were and they weren t fatal, just part of getting older

Overall, I like Granger and most of the doctors I ve seen there. However, while the healthcare industry is becoming increasingly holistic (to meet patient demands) Granger seems very old school in a lot of ways. Doctors rarely ask about lifestyle and they tend to prescribe meds over suggesting lifestyle changes. Doctors also weirdly hand out ads for prescription meds as takeaways which is super weird. Are they a pharma boutique or a healthcare practice? Great doctors, love their NP s, but they need to evolve.

Dr. Norris is wonderful. She listens carefully, educates respectfully, and supports me in owning my own health decisions. Her hours are also convenient, which makes her the first primary care doc I ve ever had some sort of ongoing relationship with. I feel lucky to have found her.

I recently saw Dr Norris for my yearly check up. As always, she's thorough. She has always been there when needed & is the best doctor I've had since coming to Utah. Highly recommend her.

However, podium Web site could use a little tweaking. Should be doing a survey for Granger Medical Wasatch but it doesn't come up. Dr Norris, her PA, Lab people & front desk people are always friendly, efficient & never keep me waiting. Hopefully, this msg gets forwarded to right place.

It was a good experience from walking in the doorcbeing greeted by a friendly receptionist and then a friendly MA who asked question in a pleasant manner and explained why she was doing blood pressure temp ear exam. The NP was friendly and asked question and explained why and what she thought was going on.She also said that I should explain to the oncologist that I was seeing in two day why ibcame to see the NP. She had the MA call me to see how I was doing and how the v is It with the other DR went. That's what I call caring about the patient.

Appointment was on time. I have seen numerous doctors and medical professionals at Granger Medical. Always quality health care.

Went to Granger for "urgent care" and all I got was a physician's assistant (PA), who basically urged me to see a REAL doctor! Total waste of my time, money and trust.

I love that my doctor remembers me, and helps me feel better and more in control of my health every visit.

Overall Granger Medical has been great and ESPECIALLY Dr.Joseph Nelson! Only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because they changed the lab personnel at the St.Marks Hospital lab. The new lab people are terrible.....if u need labwork done go elsewhere. Other than that they get 5 stars and one of the best I have been to.

I have been going to wasatch internal Medicine for about 20. I saw Jessica Morgan, Paula Cook, Matthew Hansen and barman and grogen. Now I see Yarrish since my the other docs left the practice. I think he is great and hope to see him for years to come.

Was a patient of Dr. Hansen for 17 years. I don't know why he left, but there was no notice, could not get a refill of my rx without going to see the LPN who I didn't know at a clinic I've never been to. They have no idea where Dr. Hansen went. Moving to new Dr asap as this has caused so much stress as I have severe chronic condition. So disappointed. The granger merger has been the worst thing in my opinion.

Dr Norris and her staff have been my primary healthcare team for the past 5 years.

Dr Bulaj is very thorough and spends plenty of time with me. The staff is efficient and I only waited about 5 minutes in waiting area. I made the appointment just 2 days before. Very good experience.

I absolutely love this doctor and his care. I've been a patient here for many many years.

I arrived at the clinic and was checked in, seen by the doctor and provided treatment all within 30-40 minutes. Friendly staff and doctor!

The staff was very friendly and I had a very short wait for he doctor. When he was in there I was with him for maybe 5 minutes before he figured what was wrong. I got a prescription and was out within 30 minutes of ariving!

My experience with Dr Yarrish has always been positive! He takes time to answer any questions and is very knowledgeable. I don t feel rushed or intimidated.

I went to Granger Medical Wasatch for the first time last night and was very pleased. I was so grateful to find an urgent care still open after 7pm, and then I was seen right away and Dr. Oliver was great. I will be coming back when the need arises

Once my doctor left, the service has been deplorable- the doctor I was reassigned seems to be more interested in talking about himself while sitting in the shrine he built for himself.

Personable Doc who was genuinely interested in my needs. Very efficient office.
