I had received two phone calls reminding me to come if for a shot. They informed me that I could come anytime between 8am-5pm without an appointment and anyone could help. I had planned on going straight from work at 4 but got held up and arrived just before closing at 4:55. The girl at the front desk informed me that it was too late and everyone had already left. I told her that I was told that anyone could do it and to come in anytime before 5. She continued to try to tell me that all of my doctors people were gone and had left at 3:30. I told her that shouldn t matter according to the message they left me. She finally agreed to go see if someone was could help me. When she returned she seemed annoyed, and gave me a paper to fill out and said it was going to be a few minutes. About one minute later someone came and got me, she also seemed a little put out by it but I might have just been reading into it. The whole process of giving the shot took about 2 minutes and I was out of there. I understand it s annoying to have people show up right before closing, but life happens. The fact that the lady at the front desk was very obviously lying to try to get out of helping me that day was annoying and unprofessional.
