There is nothing I love more than an hour at the Warrior Room!! I have been a part of the awesome community for almost two years, and it has changed my life. All of the trainers and members are encouraging and want to make sure you do and feel your best. Lifelong member right here!

I have never felt so welcomed at a gym as I do here. People are just so friendly and supportive. The workouts are varied and hard, but scalable to your own abilities. Its a judgement free zone which is ultimately what I love the most. They have childcare too which is a plus!

I ve been a member of this gym for 7 years, and it just keeps getting better and better! The atmosphere is fun, supportive, and family-like. The workouts are wonderful, challenging, and can be modified to fit your needs! The coaches are here for your success! This is a community you will be grateful you found!

So I hit this gym a few times with a living social deal about a year ago. I really, really liked it - like 5+++ stars. Everything was awesome. I took classes from Ashely, and her brother. they were both great, and the workouts rocked. Then I went back tonight, and well, buyer beware - if you think it's the same gym, sadly, it's not. I don't know what's changed in the last year or so, but the class that Warrior Room listed as run by Ashley was not - it was with someone with half the enthusiasm, and half the training ability. I wasn't well versed in the various kettle bell moves, and was left feeling out of place, to say the least. I really liked this gym, and was super bummed to see that it's grown to be sort of exclusive to the regular crowd. I'm sure they're still doing great - but if folks like me continue to try to reintegrate - this will catch up.
I'd suggest calling ahead and making sure you are in a class that fits - which judging by the schedule, is limited for beginners.
Great space - and used to be great coaching. I'd say it's a toss up these days.

Best ever! Great exercise and a great community. Ashley, the owner, is an exceptional trainer and everyone is supportive. Focus is on kettlebells, trx, and functional movements, in group classes or personal training. I have my choice of 3 other gyms that I can use at no cost, but I pay money to work out here.

I have recently started going to the Warrior Room'...

I have recently started going to the Warrior Room's new Portland location. These work outs are so intense, and they definitely kick my butt! I got a great deal on a Groupon for an 8-class pack. I hope to continue adding it in to my normal work out routine, as I already am feeling stronger and am really enjoying it! They are very nice and give some great personalized coaching because the class sizes are small.

The Warrior Room is the best gym that I have ever ...

The Warrior Room is the best gym that I have ever been to! It specializes in small group classes that provide plenty of opportunity for one on one attention from the trainer as well as a fun atmosphere of other "warriors" (aka exercisers) to share your workout experience with. The workouts are different every day, functional in nature, and typically follow a high intensity interval training style.

I have been a personal trainer in the past, an athlete all my life, am now an exercise enthusiast, and sports physician by trade, so I have been to a lot of gyms. I feel as though I can not promote this gym enough. At the Warrior Room all the trainers (Ashley, Tana, Alexis, and Holly) have great knowledge of exercise technique and training formats to make sure that you get the best results from your efforts and avoid any injuries.

There are also no "meatheads" or any other forms of exercise snobs to ruin your experience. There is certainly a strong community of people at the Warrior Room who vary in all fitness, ability levels, and come in all shapes and sizes. I have always seen this community be very welcoming and inviting to all comers. I recommend stepping out of your comfort zone to have a world class workout and finfd your inner warrior! You will not regret it.
