The process of a survey, installation and inspection of cavity wall and loft insulation has been completed today and I have been assured that this has been carried out to a very high standard. Thanks to all involved.
First contact made 3 months ago and then again at the start of this month. I was informed twice that I could have insulation fitted "next week" Yes lockdown has slowed things down but the first time we were not in lockdown and second time a phone call would have sufficed to explain the delay. Still no contact for over 2 weeks.
We got the warmscreed and liquid screed installed upstairs and downstairs. I was dealing with Grace from Warmfill who would go above and beyond to make sure we where happy with everything. The service and product provided by the team was second to none. Very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Work was bad to say the least. My water drain was full of insulation beading and when drilling I'm not sure what happened but the brick has been dislodged and not even a attempt to fix it or to let me know about it so it could be fixed. Contacted the company to only be told they will be out to fix it on a few occasions and still nothing. Worst experience to date I have had with a company. Take your money and run in my opinion.
Called warmfill wanting a quote for cavity wall insulation. Left a message to that effect but so far no response.
