WARNING!! READ ALL!!
If you own a business, be careful... back in 2010 we went to this place as a business with my partner Newell.... We were greeted by this wonderful lady who was a sales lady and she showed us the Ram 3500 Dually diesel trucks that we wanted, went out on the test drive and even got to meet our clients of the multi million dollar transport deal that we had which was the reason we were buying the trucks. She was delightful, explained everything in detail that we asked and because of her, when we left, we left with 6 of the 2011 Ram Dually 3500 pickups..... a couple days later, I get a call from the dealer claiming that they needed to complete a "Vin inspection" because we are an Arizona business but bought in Vegas and we needed to bring the trucks back for this inspection. Upon getting all the way back there, (more than 200 miles) they said that the deal was "most likely fraudulent" and was "getting rolled back"... when we asked for an explanation, a guy that is labeled their "area truck sales specialist" (or some stupid title) asked me this, and I quote... "WHY DIDN'T I GET THIS SALE"?? to which I replied, "YOU DIDN'T MEET ME AT THE DOOR OR SHAKE MY HAND, I DON'T KNOW YOU, SHE CAME TO THE DOOR AND MET US AND WORKED WITH US". So that truck sales "master" basically cried that he didn't get the commission on the $480,000+ sale and the lady (who was relatively new) and normally sold cars did. So the honchos of this dealership allowed him to claim possible fraud and he also claimed the trucks would be quote "REPOED within 6 months" and so they backed out on our deal, and took back the trucks.... my partner and I then rented a car, drove to my hometown in Tucson, AZ and bought the same exact style and quality of trucks there at Tucson Dodge. The trucks we bought, were ALL completely paid off in 19 months!! Towbin dodge not only burned us, they burned themselves because of this deal, because when we wanted to upgrade, we bought more instead of trading and increased our fleet size. Again trucks paid off in less than 2 years. All because they wanted to keep their truck salesman happy instead of the great car dealer lady that did all the work and even managed to get us to buy 2 extra that we didn't need at that time, and to get all of them to be the top of the line Laramie Longhorn editions with all the toys bells and whistles. Sorry Towbin, but you lost out all because of a crybaby. And I'm about to buy 15 more.
Long story short, be careful if you buy ANY pickups at Towbin. If you don't use this particular area truck sales master, this dealership will most likely take your truck back! BEWARE, I'VE GIVEN YOU A FAIR WARNING!!
To prove this, Here are a few photos of my personal truck that I have modified with a custom flatbed, custom rims, and custom crush bumper. These photos were taken in 2020 to show that I still have my 2011 Ram 3500s. And I have title to them all.
