Some nurses are nice. Others aren t. People who draw blood can t find a vein. Very standoffish vibe to the whole place. Don t appreciate.

I was here for rehap.they treat me great.the nurses were very nice. The housekeeper were very sweet.and help at lot.thank you all.god bless you all

For personal experience I would say the staff can be very nice to your face an behind your back talk about you. Form experience you re not allowed to voice your concerns to your supervisor about patient safety because on there rules and regulation it s insubordination and it s unprofessional to the work facility and you re terminated effective immediately.

My mother came home from Manchester Manor after only being there for ten days with blisters formed under her adult briefs and one open red sore.

While my father in law seemed to get good enough care we will never be sure as there is absolutely no communication at this facility. Not only do they not communicate with the family, they don t communicate between themselves. No one seems to know what is going on. Waited to 2 1/2 weeks just to get a meeting to find out what their plan of care was. How do you not have a plan to share from the beginning???? Discharge day now we couldn t go to his room??? They will discharge him in the main entrance??? Seems like HIPPA laws aren t being followed when anyone walking by can hear all his medical issues. I would not recommend this place if you are like us and want to know what is going on with your loved ones care.

They don t care. My dad caught covid from their facility and it killed him. They don t care. Even had the gaul to send a sympathy card. Sorry your dad died and we killed him here s a card! Call to compliain and sorry im the weekend superyand its bot my fault. F this place! Find a reputable place to place you loved one. They don t care

Excellent facility. Clean, well maintained, and well managed. Staff members are excellent. You will not find a more dedicated group of people. They are truly passionate about providing an unparalleled level of care to their patients.

One star is too much for that deplorable dump. Dark rooms left alone for long periods. They don't care. The state should investigate that place.
