We were in Santa Fe for a month as we were celebrating an 80th birthday. Covid put quite a damper on our plans BUT we found Angela at Walter Burke Catering and we had the meal and celebration that could not have been beat! We are huge cooks and very selective. That said, our beef tenderloin was perfectly prepared and the presentation was elegant. Crab cakes, roasted vegetables, corn and black bean salad...all was perfect! Angela delivered everything on time. We can not thank your catering crew enough! 5 Stars!!

Our wedding dinner was amazing! Wait staff, the food, the venue was all so elegant as well as exceptional. Angela was very helpful, attentive to our needs and even though it's Covid season and the person at La Mesita was tough to deal with, Angela made our wedding dinner spectacular.

Walter Burke Catering did an amazing job catering our wedding! Angela and Walter were great to work with. We had to alter our wedding plans because of COVID-19 and Walter Burke Catering made it possible even with the last minute changes. The food was incredible, the catering staff were professional and friendly and Angela did an awesome job as our day-of coordinator. We used Walter Burke for our post-wedding brunch and they were excellent. Eduardo, the team captain, was exceptional. He was so sweet and attentive to our needs. The whole team provided a beautiful experience that was effortless and affordable.

Walter and Angela catered a birthday dinner and it was so incredible! The meal was buffet style, and the portions were perfect. Generous and not too much. We had a small amount of leftovers of just the right things : ) Bison tenderloin, roasted corn and potato green chili stew, a few sides, and a stellar salad! Everything was packed ready to go in the over, with clear directions on how to cook / prepare. Their communication was excellent, I got an immediate response when I first reached out, and they worked with me quickly and patiently to sculpt the perfect menu for my group! Couldn't recommend Walter Burke Catering more!
