We were in Santa Fe for a month as we were celebrating an 80th birthday. Covid put quite a damper on our plans BUT we found Angela at Walter Burke Catering and we had the meal and celebration that could not have been beat! We are huge cooks and very selective. That said, our beef tenderloin was perfectly prepared and the presentation was elegant. Crab cakes, roasted vegetables, corn and black bean salad...all was perfect! Angela delivered everything on time. We can not thank your catering crew enough! 5 Stars!!
