Walter and Angela catered a birthday dinner and it was so incredible! The meal was buffet style, and the portions were perfect. Generous and not too much. We had a small amount of leftovers of just the right things : ) Bison tenderloin, roasted corn and potato green chili stew, a few sides, and a stellar salad! Everything was packed ready to go in the over, with clear directions on how to cook / prepare. Their communication was excellent, I got an immediate response when I first reached out, and they worked with me quickly and patiently to sculpt the perfect menu for my group! Couldn't recommend Walter Burke Catering more!
