Leased a new CX5 in mid July. The sales experience was great. It went smoothly and we were very pleased. We drove from Duluth to get the car. When we left the dealership it was raining. When we saw the car in the sunlight the next day we noticed a spot on each rear door that looked different than the rest of the paint. It took two weeks to get anyone to answer the phone to work on getting resolution to the issue. I previously left a negative review regarding the poor customer service, however, I feel compelled to update my review. Walser did eventually help to fix the defect in the car and so far the results appear to be great. The staff working there were wonderful. I recommend Walser but still believe that they could improve on being easier to reach and quicker to provide customer service. Two weeks to hear from someone is too long.
