I worked with Stephen Flemal and he was great!! Very patient, calm, nice spoken and polite overall. I live an hour and a half to two hours (depending on traffic) away from the dealership and he offered to come down to pick me up so I can get the car I wanted. I took him up on the offer becaus i didnt have a ride back up and I Love my new car!!!
