This is a GREAT neighborhood pharmacy. They are always kind, prompt, and organized. Love me some Walker's!

These folks are rock stars. They filled a prescription nobody else had in inventory. Did it within 30 minutes, and got me a coupon saving me hundreds of dollars. Awesome folks

I Would not recommend using this pharmacy for anything other then compounded prescriptions If you just need regular scripts filled do not lose the convenience of a 7 day a week pharmacy with low prices.

The pharmacist was so incredibly rude and not help me with my prescription instead accused me of trying to fill something that shouldn't be filled which was not true and she did not even try to help me figure out what was wrong and why the prescription was coming up as early. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

We have had a great experience at Walker's Drug Store. The entire staff has gone above, and beyond to help with our prescription needs. We had a situation in the evening, where a medicine was spilled. Reba was quick to assist us in taking care of the situation. Chi went above and beyond, having to reach out to the doctor for authorization, and then dealing with our insurance company on an early refill. We could not have been happier with the service that we received, and are grateful for their assistance!

I love the pharmacists there, very fast workers. I love the employees and how sweet they are no matter how busy they are. They know me by name and face. It feels so comfortable and cozy. Doesn t make me feel like I am in a pharmacy lol. They absolutely earned 5 stars from me! Thanks you guys!

They are super courteous and always have what I need

I have been a regular customer at the Cotswold store for 4 years There have been a few glitches here and there, not anything to prompt a review, but this last one takes the cake. Their assistants need a refresher in following up with doctor offices when they say they are and customer service. The first one I spoke to was rude and asked me "So what do you want me to do?" He put me on hold for quite a while and the young lady who came back on, was argumentative and actually raised her voice with me. I intend to take my business elsewhere.

I made an appointment to review my Medicare Part D supplement with Allie Clendenin. What an unbelievable help in navigating through the maze of options! Allie was supremely helpful and patient, and even guided me in reviewing my elderly parents plans to make sure we were being given the best rates for their medications. My family have been clients for years with Walker s, and have always been impressed with their caring, helpful service. I cannot say enough about this added benefit. Thank you, Allie, and everyone at Walker s!

I ve been using Walkers Drugs for over 10 years and I would never use anyone else! They know me and my husband by name even though we get all of our medications delivered. I grew up in a small town outside of Charlotte. And as a result, my prescriptions were always filled at a small, independently owned pharmacy. The pharmacist knew my name, knew my medicine and always helped kindly! Moving to Charlotte was a shock. I originally thought nothing of jumping on the CVS bandwagon (so convenient, right?). The service was just not the same. When I found Walker's, I felt at home! They welcome me as I walk in the door, ask about my daughter and remind me so much of my home town pharmacy. I would highly recommend Walker's Drug Store!

Amazing customer service- it's like having a a great family doctor around the corner! All employees are so lovely to interact with and knowledgeable. I am a new customer and they have been so gracious and patient while my Dr.'s and Insurance changed- it has been such a great experience- I have moved all our family's prescription needs to Walkers. the BEST Pharmacy I have ever been to. Hands down. Don't go anywhere else. Was directed by my Doctor (says something there) to take my prescription to Walker's after Harris Teeter Pharmacy scammed me into paying $178 a month for medicine. The Walker s Pharmacists were immediately knowledgeable of the price it should be, they spent maybe an hour on the phone with the Health Insurance company to make sure it went through and got it down to $20. They were so apologetic for having had made me wait while they were on the phone (after I had spent a week of calling back and forth, getting new prescriptions and dropping them off at HT pharmacy and waiting for new prices). The Walker's Pharmacists truly had my best interests in mind and fought for what they knew was the right price. Their pharmacists made sure myself and anyone else there was taken care of. All while smiling and working hard for the customer.

My husband and I got our medications for years from Harris-Teeter our grocery store. In the last year the Generic Industry has gone crazy. After a management change, Harris-Teeter's response was "Sorry but we can only offer what we Stock regardless of its effectiveness or price." A friend recommended Kavel Bhathela at Walker Drugs. Kavel has made a huge difference. One generic by Sandoz that my husband took for well over 10 years is no longer available. With Kavel and our Doctor's help, he tried two alternatives before finding one that actually worked and was reasonably priced. The first two were like taking sugar Pills. Now days, someone with Kavel's knowledge, connections and empathy is a Must!

I have been getting my prescriptions here for years despite my insurance plan trying to push me towards mail order. Nothing beats being able to discuss any of my concerns with extremely friendly and knowledgeable pharmacists and techs. I m not a number and feel like a valued customer. Very quick and convenient. This store is amazing! They share the feeling of caring, personal assistance , dedication and are cost aware! You feel like your business is valued and wanted. They even DELIVER !! I live a good bit away and they came all the way out to my door, would not accept a tip and had the greatest attitude about it. I felt SO badly that my house is so far, so difficult to find, my dogs got out the door and they just kept a great positive attitude and Apologized to me for being a tad late. AMAZING customer service!!!

Why would anyone go anywhere else?!

Prescriptions from any drugstore are the same. Amoxicillin from one place is still amoxicillin from another place. What is different at Walkers is the service. And it is really different from going to Rite, CVS, or Walgreens. The service is personal, prompt, no big lines, lots of people behind the counter to HELP you. And they offer delivery to your home. When I see people at chain drug stores I would like to approach them and tell them there is a much better way o get your drugs. Walkers does not provide hassles Walkers provides good pharmacists and good personal service.

I love this place! I started getting my prescriptions here about a year ago because my doctor s office recommended it. They re always quick, convenient, and communicative. It s a nice, clean space filled with a variety of items beyond medicinal supplies. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are extremely friendly, and I ve always had a pleasant experience here. I ve never had an issue. They re on top of their customer service, so if you have any obstacles they won t shoo you away. They re really good about doing what they can to help you. Highly recommend coming here for your pharmacy needs!

Walker's Drug is the best pharmacy in Charlotte! I love that their main emphasis is on the customer, and the experience you get is so much better than big chain stores. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and caring and always willing to answer my questions. They are always happy to contact my doctors to follow up if needed and are incredibly reliable and attentive. The also offer free delivery for your medications if you need it.

I regularly save money buying household essentials there like shampoo, deodorant, etc because their prices are so great.

They try very hard to get us what we need in these most difficult of times. They have ordered things for me and they are a compounding pharmacy, so they can make items such as hand sanitizer. Their prices are fair. They are my go to pharmacy now.

I love using independent pharamacies. They get to know you personally, help you figure out insurance limitations and the pharmacist can speak with you one on one about any concerns.

They also compound pet meds with palatable flavors (tell your vet to use Walker Drug!) and they even can prepare punch packs and pill boxes for the elderly or just absent minded. If they don't have your drug in stock they can order and have it ready the next day.

I love this pharmacy!! The people are so friendly and helpful. It's nice to go into a pharmacy and they know your name. The pharmacist is always willing to answer questions right away. Has such a nice quaint feel. Service is very quick also. I never have to wait long for prescriptions. It's very convenient to drop off prescriptions since you park right in front of the store. They are great community partners also. I am a former school nurse. They have made donations for families in need or for supplies the school has needed. I hope Walkers is around for another 100 years

I just recently transferred all of our Rx from Walgreens on Morrison Blvd. to Walkers because of great recommendations from our friends. Walker s at Cotswold is WONDERFUL! The Big Box pharmacies have their advantages but there is NOTHING like being treated like a valued customer. Thank you, Walker Drugs, for maintaining a culture that just rarely exists today!

Recently moved to the area from Matthews. I love the Walker's down off of Ardrey Kell Road and anticipated an equally wonderful experience. I was surprised to discover this pharmacy does not have the same appeal. The reps at the counter are distracted and borderline rude- every time I have left wondering what I could have done to make them treat me so badly because I have such a great opinion of Walker's Drug Store (other location). Alas, after a few times of the same experience, I have decided it isn't me. It's them. Not the personal, friendly atmosphere I was accustomed to at all.

They have not made mistakes with any of my orders and the phone reorder system is efficient and easy to use. The location is great and it's always pretty quick in and out to pick up my meds. Just wonder why- with so much going for it-why the lack of smiles, kindness, general courtesy? It's the easiest thing in the world to deliver and when a business can't deliver something that simple I wonder, "where is the management and why don't they deal with this?"

Makes me sad. I'm looking for a new pharmacy.

I cant believe it took my husband and I this long to switch to such a great pharmacy! I have had the worst experiences at the Rite Aid's in this area. Everything from being openly rude to me about my meds, not wanting to help because they don't like coupons (which my doctor gave me for testing new meds), and to acting like I am inconveniencing them with my business. I got NONE of that at WALKER! The staff there was so welcoming, wanted to help in any way that they could to make life easier, and appreciated my business. The manager came over and personally introduced himself when they knew I was transferring (Hi Harry) and I can't tell you how professional and courteous a small act like that was. I recommend everyone support local and give this pharmacy a chance to impress you. I know I was!

Wow! I feel like I just left Walmart Pharmacy. If I had another option of where to get this drug made I would go elsewhere. The pharmacist didn't have any time for me. The entire staff at Walker's Drug Store goes above and beyond to assist with our family's prescription needs. I first found this pharmacy 18 years ago after miserable experiences of waiting in long lines at larger pharmacies, holding my sick and often crying children in my arms, just to fill their prescriptions. These days it's no longer a necessity, but when I needed them, I could call from Walker's parking lot and they'd come out for my prescription, fill it immediately and bring back to my car so my children and I wouldn't have to get out. All these years later that still stands out very clear in my mind because it's a level of service I've not experienced anywhere else. This is just one example of the many ways Walker's Drug Store demonstrates their dedication to taking care of their customers. They are hands down the best pharmacy in Charlotte.

They take time with you personally to make sure you are taken care of. I have had them
go above and beyond to get me my medications. They even deliver my medications if I am unable to get to the pharmacy. There are far and few pharmacies that still take the time with every customer. I cannot say enough about the exceptional service and care they give. Kavel is the BEST pharmacist there is. He has a great staff that works for him. They make a point to know everyone by name and show respect to you.

Walker Drugstore-Cotswold sets the standard for amazing pharmacy care in Charlotte! I was first introduced to Walker Drug about 10 years ago, when a friend's child was diagnosed with a chronic medical condition. As a nurse with extremely high standards for health related services, she praised Walker Drug's level of commitment and caring to their clients. So when my own family members were diagnosed with ongoing medical needs shortly after, I turned straight to Walker Drug.

The quality at Walker Drug has been consistently top notch. If there are problems with any prescriptions, they reach out to doctors and health insurance policies to make sure that we get the medications we need in a timely manner. On the rare occasion when a medication is out of stock, they track it down or order it for the next day. I truly feel that they care about our medical needs. We are thankful for all they do for our family!

I've been going to Walker's for 8 years and have never had one complaint! I would choose Walkers, a family friendly pharmacy, over a big pharmacy any day. Even if I moved across town (it's nearby for me) I would make the drive for how satisfied I have been. Great staff, great customer service.
