I went to see Dr. Caldwell at the recommendation of a friend whose family has gone there for the past 15 years. I had gone for a cleaning at another dental office in Charlotte about a month prior and had been told by that dentist that I needed 3-4 fillings. I wanted a second opinion, as their explanations of why I needed the fillings didn't seem to make sense. Doctor Caldwell was great. He confirmed my suspicions and said the dark spots on some of my teeth were just areas where the sealant had chipped away and replaced some of the sealant on the house. I would definitely recommend Dr. Caldwell as a dentist whose opinion I trust.

All the staff was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. My hygentist was Tamra Eudy she was very nice and helpful. Dr. Petrilli and Kim did a great job with my cavity and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them!!

I have gone to this practice for 38 years and it has always provided excellent dental care in a friendly and caring environment. You will receive the best dental care without being pressured to dive into unnecessary cosmetic dentistry. While they offer up to date cosmetic options, this is never brought up or pushed on the patient. My grandfather was a dentist and I appreciate the mission and focus of care here and it s why they have treated my entire family for decades.

I've seen both Dr. Bills and Dr. Petrilli and they are both genuine, caring, quality dentists. Generally, I don't love the dentist, but both doctors made me comfortable undergoing all procedures. They are not rushed like others, and will take their time to address all your needs & questions. When getting a filling done, Dr. Bill's made sure plenty of time elapsed for the novocaine to kick in before diving in to fix my cavity.
The office is very clean. The other staff members are very friendly too and will accommodate appt changes/cancellations without a hassle.
