Recently moved to the area from Matthews. I love the Walker's down off of Ardrey Kell Road and anticipated an equally wonderful experience. I was surprised to discover this pharmacy does not have the same appeal. The reps at the counter are distracted and borderline rude- every time I have left wondering what I could have done to make them treat me so badly because I have such a great opinion of Walker's Drug Store (other location). Alas, after a few times of the same experience, I have decided it isn't me. It's them. Not the personal, friendly atmosphere I was accustomed to at all.

They have not made mistakes with any of my orders and the phone reorder system is efficient and easy to use. The location is great and it's always pretty quick in and out to pick up my meds. Just wonder why- with so much going for it-why the lack of smiles, kindness, general courtesy? It's the easiest thing in the world to deliver and when a business can't deliver something that simple I wonder, "where is the management and why don't they deal with this?"

Makes me sad. I'm looking for a new pharmacy.
