Bought my first home using walker and Co, Julie Grant was my conveyancer and I can honestly say it was a great choice. Julie was professional and evidently held her work to high standards. At no point did I feel left in the cold and she answered all my queries (there was quite a few) quickly and to the point. I was told what I needed to know when I needed to know it. I always felt as though everything was being taken care of and in the end, I came out the other side a homeowner. I really hope when I come to move on from this property, Julie will take me on as a client once again.

Treated with courtesy and respect. Will certainly use them the next time I need a solicitor.

This is a very professional and helpful practice, I have used their services many times for conveyancing, employment advice and Landlord & tenant advice. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

In 2012 I used them for my own property purchase which wasn't a straight forward case and needed extra work and was provided with sound advice in a timely manner.

I am now a mortgage adviser and having dealt with solicitors up and down the country can comfortably say that they are a good company in the industry.

I have dealt with many people at Walker and co. My most recent dealing was with one of the partners Paul. It was nice to see the good service starts right at the top. Paul was an absolute star and went above and beyond for me.

DO NOT USE... I cannot stress this enough. Not qualified at all.

Very rude staff. Very unprofessional. Worse company ever please avoid. They never get back to emails or calls. They say there out of the office when they are clearly in. Completion will take around 5 months. Had to change solicitors. Emailed a complaint but got rude back. Avoid at all cost. They charge 15 pound per call to get any updates and hidden charges are not mentioned to you upfront

Absolutely shocking experience with Walker and Co.
Bought our first house using these and it was shambles from start to finish. 'leave it with me' was their catch phrase and nothing was ever sorted. The day we were getting our keys they told us they had sent the funds roughly 6 times? Waited 5 hours, kept calling them for them to say 'oops sending them now' on the last call - bloody laughable! 5 months down the line we have the stamp duty team sending us fines for what we paid Walker and Co to sort out! A laughable company - genuinely don't know how they're still in business. Cannot think of one good thing to say

Pleasant customer service's very professional very good

The worst experience from conveyancing solicitors I've EVER had. Closed offices for lockdown when all other parties' solicitors in the buy and sell were still available. This wasn't the main issue as understandably safety must come first. However not one little piece of courtesy by email or post to keep us updated just a voicemail and automated email.

It was not explained to me that they were not able to continue acting on the matter, only a vague letter was sent which refused to explain why this could not continue. This left me having to source a new solicitor and start the whole process again when I should have been completing. At the very least, a courtesy call to advise that they could no longer act on my behalf would have been preferred.

Terrible customer service. Since discussing my issues, other people have also reported difficulties with this company.

Pay the extra money and deal with a more professional and courteous company.

Wouldn't even give one star to be honest very rude especially with an elderly lady. Sent very important paper work including house deeds through the post without tracked delivery. Handwriting on envelope was so bad they went to the wrong address. Disgusting. AVOID!

Possibly the worse service ever. No communication whatsoever. Only left one star because i couldn't leave none. Guess you get what you pay for!

They did what was promised, and more! Unearthed a couple of things which needed my attention.
Everything now 'sorted', and at a very reasonable fee. Absolutely no hassle, and thoroughly recommended.

Rachel at Walkers has been excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend for sale & purchase.

Tried to book an appointment here, spoke to 3 different people who promised they would call back but heard nothing even after my phone calls to them - they obviously don't want the business!

Walkers & Co Solicitors in Maltby - Absolutely without doubt the best solicitors I have ever used, and I ve used a few.
1) If they re busy they get back to you very quick without having the need to ever chase them up for anything.
2) Genuinely friendly and extremely knowledgable staff who always try their best to help.
3) Their fees are transparent and very reasonable, I ve never had any concerns and there are no hidden costs as they clearly explain everything upfront.
I absolutely recommend them 100% and will undoubtedly be using their services again for any future requirements.
