I can call any number to CMC and be able to speak to a live person within 60 seconds...I call Presby and it takes me almost two days to speak to a live person in the dept I need. Terrible customer service. The Presby/Novant system is crap compared to the CMC system. I can't even pull my own medical records from Novant.

Treat and street. Booted me while I am battling covid pneumonia. No information, no discharge instructions. Oh and I can't wait in the lobby for my ride. I have to wait outdoors. No help with mobility while I cannot breathe. MD was a specter in the door way and told me I was fine. No discussion on treatments or options.

Standard of care is sub par. And I will be disputing the bill.

I was not a human. I was a number and a cog.

My wife developed some serious medical issues and we finally decided to seek out a doctor in the Las Vegas area. We have both had horrendous experiences with doctors and approached the search with trepidation. We discovered Dr. Qamar and Queensridge Medical afyer an online search.

No one want to be in a situation where they need to be in hospital. However, if you are, I can tell you from my personal experience of Novant Charlotte has been nothing bar excellent.

The staff in Neuro ICU are amazing, so calm, caring and professional. Every procedure is explained in layman terms and nothing is to much trouble.

Some personal shout outs go to NP Lynn ( she needs to be cloned; says it how it is, which is what we needed to hear and is a credit to the nursing profession). Dr. McWilliams, Dr Miraj, thank you for keeping us so well informed. The ENT team Katy, Dr D - thank you.

To the day and night nurses you are my heroes, Jermaine, Katie, Christon, Elizabeth, Hanah, Raven ( thank you for the phone call ) Kisha, Mary Katherine, Stephen ( night staff). I know there are names I have forgotten please forgive me the whole experience has been a bit of a blur.

To the respiratory therapists who have worked so hard for and with my brother. You are simple the best
Hannah and Micheal to name only two.

The physiotherapist Lauren (Crystal Palace supporter). Rodney ( Peaky Blinder) and all the other physio's you have helped on this road to recovery, and I salute you for positive energy and sense of humour. So needed in this type of situation.

Thank you too Bill, who always has a friendly smile and word to say. It's the little things that help.

The team work, camaraderie and professionalism of all the staff in Neuro ICU is amazing and my family and I will never be able to thank you enough.

I know we will have other profession to see such as speech therapy and OT, and a long road ahead of us but keep doing what you do at Presbyterian Novant. You are amazing.

Kind regards Geraldine

My son has a mental illness and I am trying to get some care for him before he is hurts in the street. Four times the hospital drugs him up so they can manage him then finds him competent the next day. The doctors here have failed him and me. He is an adult so his health is not valued.

The officers that assisted were very professional in this matter and deserves great praise.

The female psychiatic physician that dismissed his behavior as normal is dangerously dismissing his signs of distress. I could barely make it home with him and he can know longer stay alone. This is why the mentally Ill are hurt or hurt others. People with the power ignore the signs. YOU LOST STARS NUVANT!!
I can not sleep my son is out there and seriously I'll....Thanks Nuvant!

We were traveling from Florida to Dayton with a layover in North Carolina. I was 2 weeks away from my due date, but baby decided to come early. From walking through the emergency door to the labor & delivery, and postnatal were amazing. If you worked on Monday the 8th until Wednesday the 10th, thank you so much! You guys were all amazing.

Very caring and compassionate and attended to all my needs like I was the only patient there. Thank you to him and all the nurses, Pre-OP, Christina and Kelsey, in room, Lauren, Dalia, Erica and Tiara, also (Anesthesiology) Dr. Harper, MD, and Kim Talbert, NP, and my surgeon Donald Kamerer, Jr., MD

I went November 16th for prolonged bleeding (on a fertility journey) ... got in a ER room at 830p left at 230am. Upon arrival the sheet on my bed slipped and there was dry blood on the bed, I mentioned it to the nurse and she just said oh ok and adjusted the sheet. Then she re-entered wearing gloves to take my blood/leave an IV needle in...I had to ask her to change her gloves after she contaminated her gloves by opening doors etc. she then prepped the stuff to take my blood. I looked over and noticed where she prepped had dry blood on the table, she did not sanitize the table before prepping. I also asked for water and did not receive any. I only received a pelvic exam and was told to follow up with my Dr Monday.

The worst experience I've ever been through at a hospital ER. There was absolutely no communication, and we were ignored for three hours through the night. Now the computers were down, but that's why you have paper and a pen. The lack of communication between the patient and the staff was unacceptable. It's a good thing this wasn't truly a life or death situation and just a bad case of the flu. If I can help it I will not ever come back here. Really just the lack of communication was the worst part. The people were nice, just not super communicative.

The doctors and extended Labor and Delivery staff were absolutely wonderful! I had the unfortunate experience of being admitted to the hospital only to find my son, at 28 weeks gestation, no longer had a heartbeat. I will never forget this experience for so many reasons. It was absolutely traumatic and I still am in awe of the incredible compassion and care the staff had while I endured the labor and vaginal delivery of my stillborn son. The nurses, especially, were wonderful. They were so respectful of my privacy and very careful while handling and washing my son. They truly helped ease the pain of this heartbreaking experience.

I am currently preparing to deliver my second son next month at Presbyterian and look forward to being under their care. I would HIGHLY recommend this hospital to all of my family and friends!

My wife recently delivered our first child here and the experience was great. They are very quick to get you in and make sure you are comfortable. The staff is always available if you have questions or need anything to make your stay better. We stayed there for a few days and the food was not bad, for being a hospital. We are typically fans of the CMC healthcare system, however, I would still recommend this place and their maternity ward for anyone.

My name is Ayush. I was referred by urgent care in uptown Charlotte to ER of Novant health Presbyterian Centre(12/02/2019) where they took good care of me, and then I was shifted to the fourth floor in room 4127 around 1:00am in the morning 12/03/2019. The night shift staff was super helpful and nice. The problem started with the morning shift that started 7:00am 12/3/2019. The RN and CNA were very ignorant of my needs. They rarely came to check on me, and ignored whatever I asked for. I was prescribed by doctors with 100ml of Saline every hour. The RN turned off my Saline IV for 2 hours and didn t even let me know due to which I felt extreme dehydration. Then I had severe left shoulder pain and I asked for icy hot ointment which was provided to me after 5 hours from my original time of ask. The staff in general there is not helpful, they don t greet you or anything. Since I was in extreme pain due to my ulcers and shoulder and given no ointment was provided I had to walk to front desk myself with my IV s attached and I was told that it s stuck in pharmacy. Then I stood outside my room for 30 minutes and no care was provided by Novant health staff. Finally after receiving the ointment, the RN manager came in and tried to explain 5 hours of delay for $5 icy hot. Still no apologies for inconvenience I had to go through because they didn t even put in the order. I even told the manager that I don t feel safe because I wasn t sure if they were going to provide me with proper care. Next morning 12/04/2019 the senior RN manager came and defended the staff like it was my fault to ask for ointment. Again the entire staff was looking at me like I have done something wrong.

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and had to go to the hospital due to feeling faint and breaking out into a major sweat. At the time of this incident I was at the hair salon and my stylist noticed water in her chair and on the floor and asked me if my water broke. It the appeared that my water did break so I decided to go to the hospital. When I arrived at the triage desk, I was told that two test would be administered. The first one the RN named Rachel did the test. That test fortunately came back negative. I was told by Rachel that a second text would be administered by Dr. Arronte which would be a swab test. My husband and I waited, but no sign of Dr. Arronte. We received another visit by the RN who administered the swab test. Rachel told us the results would be ready in 30 minutes and Dr. Arronte would be in. We waited and waited...30 minutes later, still no visit from the doctor. In the end, the same nurse administering the test ended up giving us the results and discharging me from the hospital. Fortunately both test came back negative. However not once did I see Dr. Arronte. I find this very disappointing that she did not find it necessary to come in and see me, as well as give me the results of the test. I imagined a doctor would want to hear the full story of "what happened" from the patient. My history at Presbyterian hospital shows that I am a high risk preterm labor patient and this is my second time coming in due to experiencing these dizzy spells. There seems to be no genuine concern about what I've experienced not once but twice now. Dr. Arronte is not my regular OBGYN, however I feel if she's the doctor on call and I was told not once but twice that she would be in to see me, what happened? Why was I never seen? This experience has me wanting to switch hospitals even though I'm 30 weeks along. Patients should be treated better than this, and there should have been a doctor available for me to talk to and express my concerns.

The worst hospital experience I have ever had. My best friend had trouble breathing throughout hours of being in the ER and they never came and checked on her. We have been here for 4 hours and don't even know who her nurse is and the doctors and nurses obviously aren't communicating. Ordering the wrong tests and admitting for a sleep apnea test that was never ordered. Worst care ever, do not recommend

Don't go to this hospital. Nurses provide poor care and are worried about bed count. They will lie to you about the care they are providing and whats even worse is that they will try to cover it up. They lied about the type of facility my Grandma could go to and placed her in a facility that knowing could not provide the right care she needed. Also discharging her with stage 3 bedsores. Novant explained this situation to us as a simple miscommunication, but how can you miss-communicate about someones care, not only that they are not trying to do anything to correct the situation until lawyers were brought involved. So if you want to be miss cared for and miss treated by your medical center or would like for your loved one life to messed with when they are in need. Go ahead! choose this place but don't expect the care to be top notch!

I ve been here since 1 something this afternoon with my son and it s now 11:38 pm and I still don t know what they re doing. I ve been given the run around. We will not be coming back here again. I m hearing several complaints from other patients families. This is ridiculous. People come here for help and get discarded like trash. One person tells you one thing and someone else tells you another thing. Disconnected on all sides...MESSY

Don't go to the emergency room. A rest stop bathroom knife job from a hobo is quicker and at least he will smile while he does it. I was 7 months pregnant and they diagnosed me with pregnancy as though I had no idea. My husband has herniated discs bulging from his back and they told him he had a pulled muscle that he should calm down and stop over reacting. He hasn't been able to walk for three days so they doped him up on a cocktail of drugs when he isn't even used to aspirin. We went for help and got treated like pill heads. I'd rather due than be humiliated like that again. They outright degraded us.

We delivered our first son at Novant Health Presbyterian and the staff, nurses, and doctors were amazing and consistently attentive. Our son had some minor complications that had him admitted quickly into the NICU. Being a first time Mom I was terrified and couldn't stand the thought of leaving the without him. They were kind, gracious, and very helpful.
They let us stay in our room as guests and then accommodated us in the family room for our last night. Our stay was much shorter than many other parents; but through our time we not only received great care, we also witnessed the same support and kindness for those around us. That was the hardest, most stressful moment of ours and many others lives and I couldn't have asked for a better group. We are happy to report our son just celebrated his 1st Birthday and is off the charts healthy!

Hospital staff is borderline incompetent. This is the 3rd time my wife has been there for surgery. No one notified me that she had been out of surgery until I called after 7 hours. They seem only to respond to anger and hostility. If you have a choice, go to any Carolina Medical Center facility instead.

If I could give zero stars I would. My father who happened to be at at the hospital taking my youngest baby sister to the ER for a high fever is diabetic, and was present around the the time the Cafeteria was going to open. My father was patiently waiting opening time (about 15 minutes) when security came and kicked him out with no reasoning. My father explained that he was diabetic and needed to eat something in the morning, but security said they did not care and proceeded to kick him out. You would think for a hospital they would be wary of visitor's health issues, but they were absolutely rude. Be aware that security staff is actually really rude and does not care if you have health problems or not.

One of your employees threw my military records away ! Kristy Mabe is a "sitter" nurse for behavior health called me today from Novant to tell me that she threw away my military records . She did it out of spite because we used to be married. I tried calling your hotline but I was told that this was a personal issued between Kristy and I. I'm sorry Novant but during one of those trainings a soldier lost his life next to me !Novant has no respect for veterans nor don't care that their own employees use their time to make disrespectful phone calls letting me know she threw away military records ! You should know who you have working for you and right now Novant has Kristy Mabe working there who is ok with throwing away her exs military records out of spite .

This place is horrible. The nurses on the maternity floor awful to my granddaughter that was jut born. They just would let her cry and my daughter left to return and a blanket was over her face while four nurses stood outside her room and let her cry. Didn t check on her or nothing and then when we tried to report it To the ceo nobody called us back. I have actually filed charges against them. I don t care what those reviews say they aren t right. I don t ever go back to this hospital and I dm reporting them to every place I can. Don t go there to have your babies.

There ICU unit wanting area is a total mess with no one checking the bath rooms to up keep them or the waiting area, half the vending machines don't work, your apparently not allowed to get blankets from the nurses in ICU, and the nurses in the ICU need educational class on how to properly treat family's of those in the ICU with compassion and care not attitude, and yes o get it's a job but to be loudly laughing at the nurses station and ignore those standing at the door claiming they didn't hear the bell to find 5 minutes later they are all standing there.... Ridiculous I have spent time in other hospitals in all different floors, but by far this hospital is the worst.

We were scheduled at 8am for a MRI with radiology, were told to arrive at 7 am, even though they didn t take us back till 8 this was for my special needs child with severe autism. They had no clue how to handle him. Wanted to put IVs in and monitors on before he was sedated. Then waited to he was awake and panicking before they brought us back to recovery when I specifically explained we needed to be back before he woke up so he didn t panic. Then as they are rushing out he throws up and is gasping for air the discharge lady just looks at me as I m responding to him she eventually went and got a towel, but in a hospital a parent shouldn t be the one, clearing his throat and making sure he s breathing right before we leave. I will not be using them for any more procedures.

Having to give 5 Stars I often think of the nurse I had Michelle back in 2014. The Love and Care she showed me when I came in alone to deliver my son was amazing she had a heart of gold and it meant the world to me that she just held my hand during that process wiped my tears and took pictures for us. I'm forever greatful and haven't forgotten her every time I celebrate my son's birthday I celebrate her. I know her compassion was effortless and wasn't out of pity for me because of my situation at the the time.

The worst experience EVER! Doctor's are extremely impatient they make you feel like you are wasting their time while you are trying to understand treatment and diagnosis, no communication what so ever, I had to practically beg for someone to tell me what was going on with my son. After I spent an hour trying to find someone who even knew anything! Not to mention i had to transport my son to his new room and transfer his things myself! I will not be comming back here again, after two bad experiences back to back, I'll try my luck with CMC.

I'm giving one star because none was not an option. Dr. Sara E Kirby was extremely rude to me during an ER visit for my minor child. Not only did she not display any empathy for the situation she hung up the phone on me. Her lack of professionalism and poor bedside manner really ruined my experience with Presbyterian. Another staff refused to give me her first name and told me I would get a survey in the mail. (BTW It's on the discharge summary) She also didn't know the complaint line number! Novant otherwise is a great hospital but one bad experience is all is needed.

My mother had a total hip replacement, and I must say her stay was horrible, she had nurses that did not want to administer her pain control, cna's that walked her room talking loud and disrespectful and did not receive food trays because she was forgotten! ! Im appalled at the level of care my mother received even the therapist was rude and one even pushed my mother in her back!! Before my mother even got in her room the floors were nasty and dirty and there were syringes on the floor! Discucting! And the last and final straw was when I asked the nurse to give my mother something for pain because my mother was beating the bed she was in so much pain the nurse looked at me and said GIVE ME A MINUTE AND GET AWAY I HAVE ALOT GOING ON!!! I encourage anyone that has family member staying here please please please stay with them don't leave them if they have to come here!! Then entire 4th floor nursing staff is HORRIBLE! As a mom it made it confronting for me when i stepped away, to know he was in good hands! Doris, Dave, and Ryan the empathy that they showed and gave us was amazing ! Tell them you'd ever seen a psychiatrist and you'll get treated like a criminal. They went out of their way to be as useless as possible, trampling on my rights.

They actually panicked at the front desk and wanted me to go back with a police escort. Then confiscated everything I was carrying. No, I wasn't on suicide watch or anything like that. And my record is squeaky clean.

Kicker? They didn't even do anything. Never even saw a real doctor, just the triage nurse and PA. Four hours later I got discharged. They did nothing but tell me to walk it off.

I have never been here before, I wasn't in the hospital so maybe that is a different experience, but I do know I've really struggled sick to get the help I need and I had been stuck in horrible rain for 4 hours, was crying from having so many issue just to make my appointment for tests. First, whoever was at security at the lot who let me in totally after driving around for parking scared I was going to miss my testing... big thankyou! To the woman who was able to calm me down from being so upset about my delays from a really difficult drive over... big thankyou! To the people who helped me get through the testing... big thanks too! Also the young lady who got me a wheelchair to get to my car... all I can say is everyone really went above and beyond to get me through the day and I've been in many ER's and hospitals over the last few years and I've complained a lot but not this time. I found everyone very kind and helpful. Very compassionate and it came at a difficult time as I've been battling a lot just to get some answers so thank you all. I think some workers there might not have the knowledge of others but I found all of them to really try and help and that is rare in medical today. When your sick it's really difficult to function and everyone I was in contact with that day really did their best to make things as comfortable as possible which is all you can ask for.

I had a horrible experience with this hospital which resulted in the loss of my baby. I was pregnant and I went into this ER because I was having pain. I was told there were no rooms/beds available, so I would have to wait. While sitting there I had a nurse say, "So you're having a little bit of Braxton Hicks." I told her, "No." Patients with non-emergent needs went ahead of me (finger pain, leg pain, drinking to much). When I finally got into a room I had to beg the NP to check my cervix. (Checking my cervix was one of the first things they should have done when I checked in. I work at a hospital and when a pregnant women comes into the ER that is one of the first things that's done). They finally took me down to U/S and the NP came in saying, "Since I had free time on my hands I decided to come to the U/S." But the next thing I know she was rushing out of the room. If she had so much free time on her hands why was I waiting in the ER for 1.5 - 2 hrs before anything was done. When I got back to the room the NP came in saying,"You are having a miscarriage, his head is in your cervix." They rushed me upstairs and when I arrived the nurses was sitting at the nurses station with the lights turned down low saying, "Oh we didn't know we had someone coming". When I got to the delivery room nothing was ready. My baby came out with a heartbeat and the nurses and doctor did not do anything to save him they just stood around looking. My baby was perfect. After I had my baby they tried to send me home that same day like I did not just have a baby. Because of the lack of care I received at this hospital I lost my baby boy. They treated me and my baby like we were nothing. I requested my medical records and when I went over them they were all wrong like they are trying to cover things up. I filled out a request for my medical records to be changed but I have not heard anything back yet. I have filed a complaint with them, I also had a patient advocate, and I asked that the bills be removed since I did not receive care in a timely manner. Since this all happened I am still receiving bills. I spoke with the billing department and they stated there is nothing in my charts regarding this horrible experience I had. This hospital does not deserve any stars.

This hospital doesn t have any compassion for single parents who is sick and their child. I was told we both couldn t be see at the same time that my son had to be seen first in the children s department and then I had to wait until he was released and then I go check in on the adult side. If I could give zero stars. I was told that was their policy and left immediately and went to Levine children hospital and I had no problem with getting seen at the same time as my child. So this is where I will return where their care about single parents.

A building filled with healers and truly the most positive experience I could have ever hoped for.
As someone who had all but given up on western medicine due to my 42 years of experiences with our hospitals in Charlotte, NC Presbyterian (Novant Health) has renewed my faith in modern healthcare!
Walking into the front entrance and around the hospital I noticed clean floors and smiling, helpful employees. My personal surgery experience was handled professionally followed by amazing nursing to get me on the path laid out by my neurosurgeon.
Novant, thank you so very much for raising the bar and bringing true healthcare back to the Carolinas!.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had from medical professionals. Intake staff were short, discourteous and rude. Completely disorganized nurses and doctor. They even wrote the wrong prescription and when I called to tell them, the other physician on-call said he couldn t do anything and hung up on me after only giving me about 30 seconds to talk.

The absolute WORST experience of my life!!!! was transported from another hospital due to needing dialysis and waited in the inital ER (Novant Huntersville) for 15 hours waiting to get a room at presby! finally got transported at 9:30-10 am the next morning and was taken straight to the ER at Presby and sat there from 10 am until almost 4pm before i was able to get my dialysis treatment! when taken to my room, it was WAY TOO SMALL! I cant walk so i have to use the assistance of a wheelchair and there was no room to maneuver the wheelchair to get me to the bathroom or sink!! I asked for patient services and they refused to contact them for me! by telling me they were busy! Then i asked for a nurse and she came in strutting with a nasty attitude and said "whats up" HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I requested a different room so that i could maneuver easily in the wheel chair..and that request also went ignored!!! WONT DO THIS AGAIN!!!! DO NOT COME HERE IF U WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND PROFESSIONALISM, UNLESS OF COURSE YOU ARE IN THE ER AND DIALYSIS UNIT! Those were the only areas i was in that the people were professional and respectful!!! oh, and if you are hungry, or need meds or your blood sugar checked..you better be prepared to do it yourself and be prepared with your own meds!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. Food is awful. Some of the nurses have an attitude and clearly don't like their jobs but do like to argue and. I'm not sure the hospitalist has any function. I've been here 5 days waiting for a 15 minute procedure and just get stuffed with pain pills. I haven't had a bm for all that time. Worst hospital I've ever been to.

My infant had his procedure done yesterday which is Saturday. When my husband went to the surgery lobby there was NOBODY there, he went to the ER side and the receptionist took him back to the surgery lobby and called them that's when they told him he needed to wait. Doc came in around 6:30am and told us that they'll have to wait until 8:30am which was 2hrs wait. Wished they could've told us that sooner, but other then that all the doctors and nurses were AMAZING.

I think its crazy to be sent to the ER from a radi...

I think its crazy to be sent to the ER from a radiation appointment at 1015am due to complications....be admitted into the ER and placed in a room at approx 1045a (Let's Make A Deal & The Price is Right were on); told at approx 1pm you would be admitted to stay overnight in the hospital, to REMAIN in that SAME ER ROOM FOR 12 HRS WAITING ON A ROOM!! Once a room was assigned at 7pm, you wait an additional 3.5 hrs for a bed to be placed in this assigned room!!! As we inquired on a status update, we were told on 4 different occasions they were waiting on a room to become available. Once the room was assigned, we were told the bed for the room was locked in the cath lab!!! Totally unacceptable, unprofessional and unpleasant for my mom who was in a bit of pain and discomfort for 12 hours due to apparent incompetence of the environmental service/support/management team. It really shouldn't take a person having to get out of character in order to get "expected" service....because at this point nothing close to REMARKABLE has occurred. Oh and yea we were finally placed in a room at 1115pm....the news just came on as the transporter arrived at ER room 16.

This happened to my mom on 7/8/2019. This should not happen to ANYONE else!!!

Thank you to the ER staff for their help and support....they were accommodating and made my mom as comfortable as they could.

The service there was terrible. The staff is terrible. Waited a whole day to be discharged. Breakfast was served at 12, lunch at 4. I will never come back to this hospital again. Procedures that were suppose to be done in the morning were done in afternoon. Communication with patients is outlandishly terrible.

This is specifically about the heart failure clini...

This is specifically about the heart failure clinic in charlotte. I like dr john bailey very much but the heart failure clinic in charlotte is useless. I had one appointment and it took a year to get another one. The phone number on the internet is to an answering machine but no messages are ever returned, acknowledged in any way. So i went to the clinic which was closed every time i went. Finally in order to keep my prescriptions i went back to dr. Bailey who thought i did not realize that i had been referred out. They made another referral and at the first appointment the physicians assistant ( i have never met a doctor at the clinic) told me that i was 10 years older than i am and i would get an enlarged heart and die because i did not accept the pacemaker. I had a year maybe to live at most. Pa leaves room. Leaves file - which is bad office practice. I look at file. Guess what? Yep, she was reading the wrong file. I am not a 90 black woman. I explain this to her, and recount my medical history to her. Ordered me to have monthly labs to check potassium levels. Next appointment she argued with me through the entire appointment about a test my gp had ordered the day before. She denies it was ordered. I go to the lab, ignoring her, and get the test. Never see a doctor. Next appointment she argues with me about something but i forget what it was. Appointments go by without much trouble, because i keep my mouth shut and dont say anything, but it takes days to get a prescription refilled because either the pharmacy or the insurance company does not recognize the pa as a person who can prescribe anything. Smart people. She blames pharmacy, but the only prescription they have trouble with is hers, so i believe them. And this problem still continues. Finally i ask for a referral to the huntersville clinic. After three appointments in charlotte, they finally tell me that i do not need a referral and i just need to make an appointment. I have monthly appointments because of this lab test. Then covid hits and they close. I mean CLOSE. A congestive heart failure completely closes. Locks its doors and turns on the answering machine. After several weeks i am offered a video visit but i do not have the tech for it, so i am out of luck and these monthly appointments that were so urgent completely cease. Fortunately i had called
huntersville before covid hit and although their office is closed i get a nice zoom meeting with new doc who actually listens to my questions and contradicts every word pa has ever said to me, maybe because he actually looked at the right file. After over 4 years of their care i am still alive but not because of that clinic. I am now completely alienated to the concept of physician assistants period and how this clinic uses them in particular. In other practices, i would deal with a pa but at each visit i would also see the doctor briefly as well. Doctor would review pa notes with me. My current gp does that. Never at this clinic.

Also, if you can not use their my health online page, dont bother using them at all. They do everything with it and can not do anything without it.

After reading some of the other reviews i would like to add that this clinic is unusual for this hospital. I have had a broken arm and a cardiac syncope with this hospital with no problems. And i did not have a seconds worth of trouble with Bailey's office or him. He has covered the problem with the prescriptions all along. He offered a complementary consult a couple of months ago but i had already seen the new guy. The orthopedic surgeon and rehab people were great. I cant tell my arm was ever broken. These buildings have some age on them and are not pretty or terribly clean. And there is constant construction going on. But the internet phone number problem has not be resolved and i have complained about that. I am about to start medicare and will have to decide whether to use them or not.

My daughter went to the emergency room on Friday, Jan 25, 2019 complaining that she was going to commit suicide. She is still in the emergency room on Sunday, Jan 27, 2019!!! How can you allow a suicidal patient to be kept in emergency and not admitted to the hospital??? She could walk out at anytime! She told the staff that if she was discharged, she would kill herself in the parking lot!!!!!!

Nurse in Matthews E.R stuck diseased Patient with no gloves. Very arrogant had no name badge but was the nurse in charge of the patient who was in E.R that evening she also wouldn't give Patient info he requested about himself in regards to himself that particular day. She advised him to look it up on my chart . Patient was neglected along with several other psy patient who were in E.R nurse was requested several times and no appearance for more than an hour.

Thank God for the CNA sitters there but they didn't respond to them either. Security was helpful but of course couldn't help with patient care.

This is second visit there and the neglect is mentally traumatizing .
