Oliver is a gentleman and an excellent solicitor. He is very responsive and puts the client first. The best money I ever spent.

Called to arrange for will to be drafted up for my mother, was told by the girl, that the solicitor was in a meeting and that she will get him to call me back.

Nobody called.

So I called back a few days later and explained to the girl that nobody called. She said that again solicitor was in a meeting and she will get him to call me back.

Not really professional. I have gone to another solicitors in the meantime.

Terrible experience. A good solicitor should be courteous, return calls and keep you informed , the main issue is trust if you feel like that he or she is on your behalf . If you don't , get out and find someone else .
