I adore this place to death. It's completley free to everyone under 18, and otherwise I believe the cost isn't too much. They are concerned with showing art, not making money. The exhibits seem sprawling. We were here for three hours and didn't even get to everything. Everything just has a certain feeling of importance yet not, and I can't explain it over text. Go see this place for yourself, it's a beautiful building full of mini stories.

Three galleries closed and the majority of all the other exhibits were video installations. Unfortunately they were not my thing. I've never been to the Walker when they've had so much space closed and everything else was monotone and not very dynamic. It's such a great museum too bad this wasn't thought out to appeal to more people.

This place is the best. Free on thursday afternoons and all day on the first Saturday of the month. As one of the best museums in the country, this place is a real gem for modern art. The garden is very chill in the summer as well. Go there now.

Went to the rooftop minigolf. 10 artist designed holes, but few were very creative, and most were designed in such a way that the balls frequently fly out of the play area. Kind of a gimmick to lure in those who would otherwise not go to an art museum.

Beautiful building and great selection of exhibits. They have a good turnover rate for the current exhibits, which is nice because it keeps it fresh. The staff are not always inclusive and respectful which is upsetting. You would think they would be welcoming of all types of people but there have been times when the younger staff have been openly rude. Other than that, great location and beautiful architecture and art.

Terrible. My boyfriend and I went here last Saturday and NOTHING was worthy of awe. Just a bunch of scribbles and unskilled art that passed as "conceptual art". I guess all of the artists had all of the right connections to be able to be displayed there.

I'd give 5 stars to the sculpture garden though.

There are lots of great walking areas and sites to see at this park in Minneapolis! The park is always clean, and it's not super busy most of the time. It's a very relaxing park to spend a few hours on a nice day.

$15 admission and floors 4-7 were completely closed, the lady at the desk could've mentioned that before I paid to get in. I may try it again sometime but I'mma make sure everything is open before I drop $15 again
