Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah Review

This is a very nice and good hotel, good breakfast and room, great beach , great location. Wonderful!!!

Never miss this spcieal resort/ hotel, it is more than a hotel

Fantastic, elegant and refined hotel. A perfect building with attention to every detail. The food is not far behind, the buffet is rich in every good God calibrated for every international culinary need. Moreover the structure is equipped to accommodate families with children. I have decided that from now on every time I can choose this chain.

The Spa is fabulous and the staff working there are super friendly and very good at what they do. Had a great massage and pedicure/manicure.

The umi Japanese restaurant was nice! I m vegetarian and they made some avocado rolls for me! Everything was delish!

Nice luxurious room. Very friendly staff. Very large beach with lots of free sun loungers. Many restaurants. But .... 9 holes par 3 to pay, no shuttle service, no welcome drink, no discount when visiting restaurant in hotel as is the case in the address Montgomery hotel in Dubai. Regards. Rik Geeraerts

Perfect place for a get away from the buzz and relax unwind and recharge.

One of the best hotels in the UAE and the most elegant place in Ras Al Khaimah. Elegant and not very expensive for what you get.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Perfect for families with small children in need of a break during autumn or spring. The food in the resort is of a very high quality and you need to be prepared for long breakfasts as you will need to go through a fantastic buffet. I only have one minor "complaint" and that is I would have expected more from housekeeping at this price, but highly recommended.

Lovely property nice view excellent service as soon as we entered the hotel easy check in and well explained about the amenities in the hotel.. But was disappointed when I saw that there was no special arrangements that I asked for, to surprise my husband.. they called me a day before to confirm the arrangements and none was there.. when mentioned this one in reception the lady just started giving lame excuse that we prepared your room and it was given to someone etc.. Then another thing in morning when we were out we requested to make our room but it wasn't done and when we said the same thing to the lady in reception she started her excuse again and apologized.. we pay such an amount and atleast expect some standards or own up the concerns when we raise it.. I wouldn't say it was bad but these things just raise an eyebrow.. otherwise thumbs up to the restaurant service pool service etx..

If this small things are taken care and given importance to all client par any nationality I would like to go back again and recommend my friends

Stayed here several times in the past, it's such an amazing hotel, all rooms are actually suits and their buffet is amazing!
You should try Umi restaurant or Marjan btw

Amazing Hotel & restaurant with amazing view to the beach and very kind stuff, the Valet parking service is provided by the hotel

We went to Waldorf Astoria during the EID weekend and took advantage of the 200 AED Vitamin D offer.
The offer is great, you pay the entrance fee and have access to the adults pool, all the facilities and the beach
The 200 AED can be used for F&B credit and this was enough for lunch + dinner and a afternoon smoothie
Value for money

The adult pool is large, surrounded by sun beds and facing the sea. The pool bar/restaurant is just nearby.
There is a swing on the beach for instagram pictures.

Staff was extremely friendly, kudos to the pool bar boy s, they re doing a hard job in this sun!

All in all - amazing experience for a daycation

- not all staff respect the mask & SD guidelines, HK in the ladies bathrooms did not wear a mask at all while cleaning inside.

Everything has been great but needed charger for my phone urgently and the receptionist was very rude not even offering to help and hung up on me

Definitely diserves 5 stars. Everybody that worked there could not have been more polite or more helpful. Everything is clean, perfect and beautiful.Only downside is it is very quiet and far from the main attractions.x

I can't say enough about this place. My absolute favourite out of all the hotels in RAK. Well organised, well mannered staff who are always willing to help. The main restaurant is well managed and the steak. House as well as Japanese restaurants are phenomenal. They go all out.

Superb hotel. Impeccable service. Luxury everywhere but very discreet so you feel at home. A huge palm garden that hides beautiful pools. An extended beach of soft sand on a turquoise sea. Buffet for breakfast fantastic. Absolutely a top location to be reviewed as soon as possible.

The suite is amazing with lovely views and huge balcony. The room is amazing so huge and beautiful and also modern with really huge screen jn living area and bedroom. The bathroom also huge

A true 5 star experience. The rooms are so spacious and just stunning, stayed at the king junior suite. The service is amazing, from the reception to the restaurant and the spa just blew our mind. Will definitely come back

Enjoyed our stay so much. The hotel has a big swimming pool and a beach. Kind staff members and beautiful rooms with balconies and a sea view available. The restaurant Lexington Grill had a live saxofonist. Worth the visit!

A true 5 star experience! It is the fourth Waldorf I have stayed at and so far the best. Stunning hotel, amazing rooms and great service above what you can expect. Special thanks to the women at the steakhouse bar/restaurant. As hilton gold member you are really treated like a king here, we will come back for sure.

Fabulous. Every single member of staff is so helpful, particularly the check in. The facilities are first class l, the restaurants were fantastic. We had a wonderful time and I can't recommend it enough. Not the cheapest but definitely worth every penny.

I am totally overwhelmed by the hotel and the facilities. The beauty is hard to beat. I have never felt so comfortable in any of the hotels I've ever visited as in this hotel. I would like to come again.

Had dinner at Lexington Grill. Great service and high standards from arrival to paying the bill. They even have a selection of steak knives from around the world, this was a nice surprise.
