Long Ireland Brewing Company Review

Love this place. Great local pub and brew company with a catchy name. Visiting Riverhead? This is a must stop. Their Celtic Ale was our drink of choice and one of the better Red Ales I ve had. Very comparable to Lone Tree Brewing Company s Red Amber Ale from Colorado.

One of my favorite breweries on Long Island. Super chill atmosphere with great beer. I look forward to seeing Dan every time I'm there.

Pretty good brewery. They have some beers that really outshine the rest of their options here. Service was good. The seating area has a unenthusiastic layout. People tend to bring their kids and dogs. Plenty of parking.

Great Irish styles beers! Would definitely go back!

Granted it's a neighborhood spot. Granted it was a Sunday. Granted the beer was pretty good. Granted it's "chill".... But the drinking parents to children ratio was simply too high to be ok with.

Really good vibe. It has the feel of a UK/ Irish pub - it really made me miss the UK. The staff and regulars are friendly and it's easy to strike up a nice conversation.
On a personal note I like the range of beers on offer, something for everyone.
The beer garden was fun too.

Such a wonderful surprise on the way to the Catholic Church here in Polish Town. I was on a 100 mile bike ride near the midway point when this brewery suddenly appeared in my central vision. I must return to sample their wares soon, but not when riding a racing bike long-distance.

The owner was very pleasant and the beers were great. It will be a regular stop for us when we come back to Long Island

As a beer drinker who, for year, brewed his own beer because the commercial beers all were bland & tasted the same, I have to say that Long Ireland Celtic Ale is THE best beer to come to Long Island, EVER!! Congrats Guys!! You've hit the jack pot!!

The people there are great and the beer is amazing!

Great craft brews. They have different events going on at the brewery all the time. Retro gaming night, spin your own music night, discounted drinks for mug club members, other stuff too. Check their website for everything that's going on during the week. Long and short of it it's a great brewery a lot of good local beers on tap, and usually at least one guest tap, great brews and a great price right in Riverhead.

The place is really laid back and casual. You walk in and there is what seems like too many taps for one local brewery to produce. But, nope they really out do most other of its kind. Great selection so the light beer people can have a nice seasonal ale or pilsner while the dark porter and stout drinkers will be satisfied. They even had a local cold brew coffee sold by the bottle! Definitely come hang with the cool "pullers" down here!

These guys have become one of the best breweries on Long Island - hands down. I started going to the brewery when they first opened and Dan and Greg were so personable and became so friendly with us. The beer is delicious - each one of them easily drinkable. They're the most down to earth people you will ever meet; they're so deserving of the success they have. Love you guys!

The staff is awesome. The beer selection is eclectic. It is not a super cool tasting room, but it is more about the beer and the people you meet that make Long Ireland a must go destination. Parking is plentiful and free. They have parties all the time that rock. They just get it. Give it a try.

Am amazing brewery with real people and product that's brewed, canned/ bottled and sold from where it originates. In a time of "craft breweries" these guys get it.

It's a townie brewery in a town where there is nothing else to do. Its the best thing to do for 20 miles, unless you like water parks.

I absolutely love this place, the beer is outstanding, the servers are awesome, even the people there are great. Go visit them.

The new outside tent is the best space! Warm, socially distanced, and completely safe. Long Ireland is winter ready!

While out driving around with our Sophia I Googled dog friendly places & this spot came up. We decided to stop, I walked in asked if it was in fact ok. I was ask if my dog was friendly I laughed said yes, sometimes too friendly lol. He said then being her in. What a place they're friendly down to earth. Even the customers were so nice & chill. The beer was amazing. I'm upset I forgot to buy some before we left. Oh well guess that means I'll have to go back. . I 100% recommend Long Ireland Beer Co. & will be back.

Groovy casual atmosphere, and great brews make for a fun atmosphere. I'm an out of towner, but I will be back.

What's not to love about great beer being served right where it was brewed. They use the poker chip method of serving a flight.

I constantly stop buying some food in this spot. I liked the rapid service and well prepared food. Fantastic work.

If I could give one star I would. Horrible service. Nasty bartenders, obnoxious staff. During a pandemic you would think people would be more kind and welcoming. Not this place. Unbelievably rude.

It was so busy that it was hard to enjoy the beer no less get a second glass. Didn't spend much time in the tasting room. Good beer, wish could of tried more.

Delicious suds, great staff, fantastic music. I highly recommend their sours, whether regular brew style or slushie style. Blueberry Sour was #1, raspberry was a close 2nd.

Best Brewery on L.I. Hands down. They have the best local IPA, stouts and pale ales. Love going to their tasting room every Friday. It's awesome cutting out the middle man and going straight to the source! Owners are great guys and the staff is knowledgable and helpful. Pick up a growler to go and some merchandise (maybe a T shirt or coaster) . Represent strong island!

If goggle had more stars I would add lots more this place is awesome great selection of beers with beer enders that know there stuff. The owners Greg and Dan are to great guys and you feel there Hart and soul they put into the brewery..

Love coming and picking up six packs of beer you can only get here at the brewery. Wish I can find their beer in more places, glad I make the ride on nice days. Got lots of out side seating now for the weather and covid guidlines.

it's the best Celtic ale is so good I love it cant get enough of it

Patrick went out of his way on a busy day to give me and my bachelor party group of guys a brewery tour . We all had a great time , and the beer was incredible !!!! Patrick thanks so much for making a bunch of beer lovers happy !!!
