This place is like a palace... To be honest I have been to many Waldorf Astoria around but this is my top one.
Staff is amazing, Managers are always there to help.
Please remember this place is for a great and memorable stay not if you wanna hang around

The hotel is amazing! It is read to every wish from the eyes. All are infinitely friendly and helpful, the service is princely, the food is 1st class, the grounds spacious and beautiful. Everything was well-kept, clean and very neat. From us this hotel gets smooth 100 points!

Would like to thank Olga Kutsenok for the excellent customer service, her warmth and welcome made it a huge difference. My wife really appreciated the help on the adults pool.

Great accommodation, great service. Great location on the sea. We felt very comfortable.

Not a very nice stay. Stayed here many times before but this time it was extremely poor. Rooms and hotel in general were dirty and water from taps came out brown. Clogged sinks. Bedding was not comfortable. Lights were faulty and you had to switch off the entire room instead. Furniture was damaged. AC wasn t working properly. Kept switching off by itself. Food was mediocre. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so because this stay was a complete disappointment.

Huge palace. Staff bloated and smiling constantly. Price up to (beer 13). Pools, gym, SPA, .... 5 restaurants. Curiosity to see if passing by there.

Incredible and Luxurious Hotel in everything starting from the reception staff smiley friendly, in the breakfast restaurant qasr el bahr the staff sooooo amazing they give you positive energy from the minute you wake all the day till you sleep . Also the rest around the swimming pool and the sea alll are amazing friendly and soooo nice . The food is tasty and sooo yummy . This is the 5th or 6th time I can t remember that i come to Waldorf and i can t imagine that i can go to other hotel . Every time i thought to try another hotel kind of change but it s end up to book Waldorf , i can t go anywhere else . This one is my second home I recommended it million %

A real luxury hotel ... Great service ... The rooms are luxurious and huge in size ... With dressing room ... and the decor tastefully ..Bin enthusiastic. The hotel's own beach is very large and well maintained.

The Waldorf Astoria is - at least in our room (King Junior Suite) unfortunately a bit getting old - stained furniture and carpets, this is unfortunately not the usual level. There are still 5 stars - for the great overall ambience and the perfect service.

It is very beautiful, clean water. I recommend to rent a car to be mobile.

As most of the reviews say, great location, design, decor, amenities and very spacious rooms. Staff are friendly and well trained. Removed one star as it's quite expensive. The rooms are indeed MASSIVE.

Everything was great, except the japanese restaurant. Sushi seemed old and tasteless. I would like to recognize Sumit at the Steakhouse for his good spirit and professionalism.

Elegant relaxing hotel. Great pool area with friendly bar. One of the largest beaches with Water Sports a center and full service. Enjoy!

WOWdorf Astoria. Although it would have been better if Basil Fawlty had been there to make me a Waldorf Salad.

This is a top class hotel which you can use if you stay at Al Hamra Village. Fabulous top gastronomy that leaves nothing to be desired. Great pool area with sea access and chairs by the sea. Nice pool bar!

Excellent hotel. Pool child at the top, kids club included in the price which offers several activities for children. Small touches for guests by the pool (smoothies in the morning - ice cream in the afternoon)
An adult only pool is available with music and perfect calm.
The room is spacious.
The buffet breakfast and dinner are of very good quality and with a huge selection.

My absolute dream hotel. 1a service, 1a room service, 1a beach area, 1a view from the room we upgraded on site to a junior suite with sea view. Shops within walking distance. But also cheap to reach by taxi. Didn't go on a lot of trips. Which wasn't bad. Food selection gigantic. Ambience and furnishings highly luxurious. We were here for 1 week. But a wonderful one. We will be back

Very nice hotel with good service and rich selection at the buffet.
Great rooms that leave nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, the Putzgarde is not as careful as necessary, but friendly and hard-working. Nice beach and enough space for all guests.

Stuffs were very respectful. Building lighting and the entrance was very nice.

We were kept waiting for almost 2 hours before being given a room. The staff however tried to keep making it up to us with gifts of flowers and food.

Enjoying the luxurious facilities as a member of Astoria and wish to continue the membership. Only thing is swimming pool is closing at sunset. Recommend to open till 10pm.
