I love the food here its worth the wait...o mean good as hell...nice and hot when served

The food was great the service not so much. I complained online to corporate and amazingly they were very responsive calling back within the hour!!! We were the only customers in the restaurant along with a girl at the counter and our server talked to her nonstop for 15 minutes past several requests for additional coffee and the bill when we were tired of waiting for coffee.

Love Waffle House just will never go back to this particular unit.

People greet and treat you like a customer even if you not spend money

I visit here often. Took the family here for Easter Sunday brunch and was most delighted with the service. Resteraunt staff is very friendly; they always greet customers with a "good morning, welcome to WH" no matter the time of day or night. The wait is not as long for take-out if you call your orders in beforehand. 5 star service!

She was so nice, pleasant, offered suggestions, and delivered well. Food is always good. Will always love a W.H.

The food was terrible but the service was fine has i guess you get what you pay for though it wasnt expensive but i will definately travel further for better food next time

I ordered my food and the beanie sigal looking chick that took my order was mad rude. Everybody else was nice and had positive attitudes but beanie must've been having a bad day or some shyt. I get it . Fast food workers and people of that nature are under paid and what not but nobody told you , you had to work there. Stop spreading negative energy over my eggs bih. And for the love of GOD #SmileBih

Girl at register was adding items i didn't ask for i called her on it she started fight . very rude person , sheriff on duty jus stiod there let her act a complete fool , do not go there u are on ur own

Very good waffle house , I visited this restaurant at night so I don't know about the day time staff but the staff at night was very friendly and polite.

This location is so ratchet. Theres a girl working here , Tierra , she answeres the phone so rude and tells you to hold and never comes back. I think she is tipping herself because I noticed everybody s order is $5 more than it should be. Raggedy establishment. Go to the other one if you can.

Not the best waffle House experience. Slow and somehow still not piping hot.

Food was good, but the staff was very LOUD!!! So loud it gave me a headache!! Especially with the waitress hollering repeatly, Hater, Hater! Understanding staff talk during work time but it sound like they were having an agurement with each other. They need to learn what should be said in front of customers.

What a nightmare! We had to ask several servers for our drinks and then the waitress didn't put in my order. Rather than wait and hold up my friends I ask that they just bring me toast...it was raw and they were just so unapologetically like, "we don't care".

I've been there a couple of times now. I will say it is nice to see people who take their job seriously. Both shifts worked together it was a well oiled machine. Most importantly, my order was RIGHT, HOT, and FAST. So I'll definitely be back. Maybe on my way now waffles are calling me.

The food was made to perfection. I would recommend this waffle house to ANYONE! Clean.. Neat.. Fast service.. No attitudes.. 100%

Only the waffle was good. Bacon ok. Scrambled eggs and grits, not so much. Had to ask for more coffee.

The tables i wanted to sit was dirty. Under table was trash. Waitress came to table once
after meal was delivered.

Place has gotten soo much better sonce the last visit staff was great had a great experience way better than the first time i came, friendly and food was great!!!! Ask for kimberly great server!!!

I only wished someone would have answered the phone before I got there so I didn't have to wait. The new traine' was amazing though. She was the only lil cute thing that spoke to me as I entered the door...

I received great customer service at this location. Ther was not a long wait. The one on Glenwood across from Maynard Jackson High School there is always a long wait. Even when I phone ahead. That is surly a problem.

The employees were loud the wasn't right the man that took order wasn't the person whom delivered our order the tea was spoiled and then they asked how was the service while we're leaving. I think my tip said it all!

For me, it's the usual comfort food, predictably prepared and filling. I usually get some combination of cheese omelette, hash browns bowl, and waffles.

That's the thing about Waffle House... you nearly always get what you expect.

The guy who just answered the phone for my Togo order was very rude and literally hung up the phone as soon as my order was completed

Quite impressed with the staff here. Isiah, manager in training, stayed busy and continued to stay very professional during his interactions with the guests. When I am in area and feeling like a waffle, this is the place for me. Kudos!

Restaurant was ghetto the cook came next to our table cursing on the phone waitresses talking across the restaurant about coworkers feuds on Facebook put many orders in front of ours eggs had shells in them service poor worst experience I've ever had in a waffle house

I will NOT go to this Waffle House ever again. When I arrived a customer was outside on the phone complaining about her order was wrong. Another waiting customer rcv his food left and returned because his order was wrong. My ordered included coffee and the same waiter gave me a damaged cup around the rim to hold HOT COFFEE. The customer that returned & my waiter got into an argument. The supervisor(s) and cook asked waiter to go to the back, he ignored them and continue to argue with the customer even though he jacked up his order. Thankfully the cook was quick to correct the order. The customer left because the staff member would've continued the argument.
After clinching on to the counter top from anger, after the.custimer had gone about 3 minutes, only then did the waiter head to the back.

I called in from parking lot was put on hold and forgotten about, went inside girl apologize said she forgot I was on hold...I had the Texas steak very salty...Mother had steak and eggs was all good...

This Waffle House is on point. The area can be shady, but if you want some scattered and covered hash browns at 2 a.m. it's the place to go.

Restaurant was clean, but service was "meh" at best, as was the food.

Omlette was the worst omlette I ever had. Chicken was dry, and omlette was not as ordered. Won't return here again

Waffle House uses REAL food every time. Which is why I do love Waffle House as a go to cheap breakfast spot. I wanted to try this location specifically because of the big windows and how it looked inside. It feels a lot bigger and brighter than any of the other ones I've been too. Now as far as the food goes, I ordered the All Star Special as I'm sure many people do. Overall, it was great. The bacon was too salty and a little too burnt. I didn't end up eating much of it at all. Everything else was delicious! I feel like Waffle House has changed their waffle recipes because they are much fluffier now. In terms of service, Aubriel was our server and she was fantastic! She was very friendly, refilled our drinks without us having to ask, and always made sure we had what we needed. I would recommend this location and ask for her to be your server!

I work for Postmates and the staff there are all very sweet!

Ordered hashbrowns with onions, diced tomatoes and cheese. My hashbrowns were drowned in grease, not thoroughly cooked. There were literally 3 pieces of tomatoes in my hashbrowns. Unsure if I will revisit due to lack of toppings that were charged!

Service was great, a little long on getting my order, but out of there in 25 minutes

I eat my grits every morning at Waffle House love the grits
