The food was great the service not so much. I complained online to corporate and amazingly they were very responsive calling back within the hour!!! We were the only customers in the restaurant along with a girl at the counter and our server talked to her nonstop for 15 minutes past several requests for additional coffee and the bill when we were tired of waiting for coffee.

Love Waffle House just will never go back to this particular unit.
