It was great social distance and a good smile with service

This is our 1st New Years at the Waffle house on Columbia Dr. @ Memorial. They were just as Friendly this time as my First Visit in July, 2018. Happy New Year's to All!

The food is fresh and Hot! And the customer service is pretty good. No wait. The only bad thing, was the Orange Juice was old. I could taste it starting to spoil. It taste extra acidic. But my waitress fixed it, she threw out the old and replaced with new.

My waitress LaWanda was the best! My food was prepared on time and everyone was very nice when walking in. We'll definitely be back!

The restaurant was amazing. It's updated and very inviting. The staff was quick and efficient. The food was delicious. We will be going there again.

This Waffle House is THE 5 star location your searching for. Get your day started off right with my dude Isaiah serving up his personal favorite pecan waffle with an all star breakfast. The get my dang drangus droolin every time.

I finally decided to give Waffle House another try and they have failed once again! I went there last night and ordered a T-bone steak dinner and I told the waitress specifically I wanted them medium well. Me and my husband ordered the same exact thing and they brought both of our steaks out Rare. I told the manager and he came and laughed once he seen the steak almost finished which it wasn t funny to me the bottom was done but the top wasn t. Waffle House always disappoint I will NOT return

I got some burned food,and no one called me back yet. It's been 2 weeks ago.

I once lived around the corner from this Waffle house.

Good food with courteous servers that never get my order wrong and the restaurant is clean. Use to go to the one on Flat Shoals Pkwy but after they screwed my order up for the third time, and never answer the phone when you call them I switched up.

The server made me feel so good with the service he provided but the other employees started talking and yelling about fights and I had to leave. I stopped to clear my mind, not hear all that

It is ok. Needs some improvement as far as wait time in the early am.
