I will NOT go to this Waffle House ever again. When I arrived a customer was outside on the phone complaining about her order was wrong. Another waiting customer rcv his food left and returned because his order was wrong. My ordered included coffee and the same waiter gave me a damaged cup around the rim to hold HOT COFFEE. The customer that returned & my waiter got into an argument. The supervisor(s) and cook asked waiter to go to the back, he ignored them and continue to argue with the customer even though he jacked up his order. Thankfully the cook was quick to correct the order. The customer left because the staff member would've continued the argument.
After clinching on to the counter top from anger, after the.custimer had gone about 3 minutes, only then did the waiter head to the back.
