Food is good on time the staff is helpful and friendly and it's not freezing in here

Oh yeah my to go place when you wanna sit and chill (sorry I come with my daughter and we can seat and chat for a minute) love the place

It's Waffle House. You know what you're getting. Service was kind of slow and they don't like to answer their phone.

Wonerful waffles,good coffeegood location service with a smile. Don't forget the pie ma.

The women stay with attitudes but, "why though I be like".

I live in the neighborhood and come in often with my family. Tonight after work it was just me so I hit the counter. The waitress was busy assisting other customers and Gary, the grill operator promptly greeted and since I knew what I wanted, he got my order started. Great teamwork! Of course my chicken melt was as yummy as always.

Give this man a raise!

Shout out to the young girl with the long braids and arms all tattated up! Did you really just get an attitude with me after I asked for you to wash your hands once I noticed you digging under your apron and then handed me utensils? Be a bit more sanitary when dealing with your customers, and you'll have a great career with Waffle House. Yes, that was very nasty of you.

The best Waffle House around, food and service are excellent

Food really good especially the waffles and great waiters with manners best place to go for breakfast.

I to visit the Waffle House at the corner of Columbia and Memorial. My food is always and they have customer service.

Small. Not much seating. Needs remodeled, but has the best pancakes. Good value pricing.

Food was regular, but watch your receipt. I was over charged by 10 bucks...

Nice service for the times i went.but sometimes they get rude customers kinda spoil the moment for everybody.food is good get it all the time and will go again. and this lacation have nice looking staff lol .just a suggestion i wish waffle house would sell drath beer or wine during certain hours not to late do to rude customers who mess it up for everybody .oh yea maybe a lil chicken too with the waffle sometimes

As always my favorite waffle house Sadiia is the absolute best waitress I've ever had !!

OMG! I'm so in love with Waffle House hash browns! The waiter was fast, friendly, and kept our drinks topped off. We managed to keep our bill around $10 before tip. Good food fast

The food, staff, and efficiency was up to their excellent standards. I always have a great time when I go to Waffle House.

I order the allstar meal casher has a very bad attitude she did not wash her hand not one time she didn't even give me no syrup for my waffle.

Service have improved so much. Was nice and clean for a chance.

The food was great but the service was terrible!! The workers were extremely loud and very vulgar cussing which was very unprofessional and disrespectful in front of customers. This was my second time. But this time was the worst. I was very un easy. They are in here rapping and just being ghetto. I will be calling the corporate office!!!

Waitress that took my to go order was great. My order was cooked to perfection.

Good food. The floor hadn t been swept, though. It looked like they had just had a large crowd before we came in and just decided not to clean up after them.

Food & Service was great. One of the cleanest and hospitable Waffle Houses I ve been to. My server Jay who was new to serving, was on top of it! The manager Ray even took it upon hisself to walk around and check on all of the customers! Definitely great and comfortable House

I get to eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I love how the service is always awesome and they keep the spot clean constantly. Rates are convenient and they serve large portions.

The staff at this location is special. They're very enthusiastic. Service is usually solid at any Waffle House but these guys are a step above

This is one of the newest and nicest Waffle Houses around. Mike is THE best on the grill which is why he wears the "Rock Star" shirt! The staff is very friendly and the service is ALWAYS excellent! The food is consistently better than many Waffle Houses I have been to.

I place my order it is wrong when she gives it to me. They then take three tries to get my toast correct. As I am eating, I look at the pieces on the plate and notice that the bread is molded. When I informed the waitress, she only offers to take 10% off my bill. Wtw..... this place needs to be shut down....

The place nasty the waitress was rude and behind the line was ratchet. The cook precooked food and served it cold. I will not return to this place until services improve. My waitress was ok

Dear Spirit of God, Bless the awesome staff of people at Waffle House located at 1194 Columbia Dr. Decatur, Ga 30032.The staff that waited on my family and I were: Mr. Julian, Ms. Shakia. Ms. Shaquelle, Ms. Portia, Mr. Vante and Mr. Dwayne. Each individual listed went "Above and Beyond" giving Great Customer Service. Oh the food was DELICIOUS. Amen and Peace

I come in here at two am to get my dirt nasty cooked the way I like it. Smothered covered chunked topped and nastier than a stripper in heat. The staff is always chill with me coming in baked as a potato. The server even remembered to choke my friends hash browns in chilli like a mid 20's white girl with daddy issues. 10/10 would get stoned and eat here again.

Coffee was cold. Waffles tasted terrible. Tea tasted like it was made yesterday. So disappointed

I've come here several times the last few weeks, and I've come to really enjoy this location. The night shift is usually very pleasant and I've gotten excellent service.
