Traded my 2015 Ram for a 2019 Ram. Had a very good experience with everyone involved with the trade and Purchase.

I bought my first brand new truck here. They went above and beyond to take care of me & make the sale. The staff has always been great.

I just purchased a new vehicle at Wabash Valley Chrysler and it was by far the best car buying experience I ve ever had. The negotiations were straightforward and done via email and phone. When I showed up at the dealership all of the documentation was ready to go, the vehicle was spotless and I was in and out in under an hour. I can t recommend this dealership more strongly.

WVC was an excellent choice to get our first new vehicle. Staff was excellent, especially Tyler James! He was there every step of the way to make sure our questions were answered and that we were taken care of. Thanks for everything!!

Gary was very polite and helpful and got us a good deal on the Equinox. I plan on buying more vehicles from them. The prices are fair. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent experience. Was able to call first thing in the morning from out of state to see if vehicle I found on line was still available. Drive there, test drive, get trade in value, and settle on pricing all in a matter of hours. Very courteous and efficient. Small town customer service. Arron was wonderful. Happy to drive the distance again!

I bought my very first new car from WVC 18 months ago. First of all I wanted a specific car they could not find it. They ended up selling me a car that they had on there lot. This is where the problems started. First I asked if the car took regular gas and I was told yes. Jumping ahead 18 months I was having a lot of issues with the car shaking. They ended up pointing the finger at me and told me that I have to used premium gas. So that was the first lie. Second they told me that they would give me $4,500 for my trade. I did not catch this till later, but in the paper work they bought my used car for $2,900 way less then they told me. They also resold that car for over $9,000. Now I was having major issues with the car for the 18 months that I owned the car. It was having trouble starting, stalling, and engine lights were coming on. After going into the shop for the 7th time I went back to the person that sold me the car and told him I wanted a refund because it was a Lemon. This is when the dealer did not want anything to do with me. They lowballed the buy back price because they knew it was a lemon. The owner even told me that he would not sell it on his lot because it was a lemon he would just sell it for parts. The car ended up in the shop for the 8th time for another issue. This is when I sat down with the owner and discussed what they are going to do for me. That was absolutely nothing he would do not even give me the name of someone to get a hold of at Chrysler. I was dealing with Chrysler Customer Care but was not getting anywhere. I understand that it is not the dealers problem that it was a lemon but the way they handled the issue was not very customer friendly. I ended up going to a different dealer and getting a lot more for my trade. Over all I would never recommend any one go to this dealer for service or to buy a car. They are shady and after they make sale they don't want to help you in any way. Go to Dorais Chevrolet down the street they will stand behind there sale.

Dealership was great to work with. Salesman was Garry Texeira. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Would definitely buy from him again.

This service department is stellar. Communication is wonderful before, during and after the service. My car has over 170,000 miles due to traveling a lot with work and is always in great running condition thanks to these guys and the great work they do. Never even consider going elsewhere.

I was having issues with my car and being quoted ridiculous prices to fix it from other service shops. Wabash Valley's service department was exceptional and so extremely helpful in fixing my vehicle and putting my mind at ease over the whole process. Thanks again to Josh and the service guys

I have leased two different vehicles from Wabash valley and have had great experiences both times. The staff is extremely nice, and very important to me not pushy at all. Aaron Parrish was absolutely great to deal with. They really work with you to get you want you want, at the price that you can work with. Today (4-24-2020), I closed the deal on a fantastic 2014 Ram 1500 crew cab truck. Two things really stand out about this purchase. The first thing is the quality of the vehicle I purchased.It is perfect in every way and is just what I was looking for !!!! By the way the price wasn't bad either! Gary was very helpful!! We had purchased one vehicle and my husband was in an accident. The vehicle was totaled and Gary helped us with the GAP and helped get us in another vehicle. Staff is very helpful and friendly!! I would definitely recommend Wabash Valley to family and friends. We also wanted weather tech floor mats and they had them on hand and put them in our new vehicle. Gary has checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything is working and we are doing good. Gary also got in the vehicle with my husband and I to explain how everything worked.

Customer service is always fast , reliable and friendly. During the service if anything else needs corrected they always come to me first to explain the situation and give me the cost. That way I know the cost and there are no surprises.

I took my jeep in for a recall they had it 4 months came home on a flat bed i wouldn't recommend that place to anyone

been shopping around for a new truck checking prices and doing my research on the big 3 considering a RAM because it seems you get more for your $ but the prices at this dealership is way higher than others in fact I see that I can go 1 state over to Illinois and get a helluva better deal. my advice would be shop around its worth the 4 hr drive for a truck that's $8000 less in price

Service department is very thorough. They have a great system that goes completely around the vehicle for inspection. They made sure to list things that needed fix so that I could make an informed decision beyond my current repairs that I wanted done.

I took my truck in for extensive routine maintenance. Several fluid changes, an inspection and a valve adjustment. I picked it up a couple days later with a $1600 bill and a check engine light. I was told it was a preexisting condition. If that were the case why didn't they mention it the two times I had asked if they had found any problems? After all, I did ask for an inspection. I feel I was overcharged and they clearly didn't perform the service I asked for and now I have a problem to fix I didn't have before.

Low key, no pressure, great to deal with. I did the majority of the deal online. Their truck's price was fair and the trade in value on my truck was fair.

We purchased our first Jeep from this dealership a couple months ago and I couldn't be happier. Garry was great to work with. They made sure to push for the greatest financing deal for us. Garry gave us a call after the purchase to check in and make sure all was good. That is a business to me. Never forget your customers. Thank you Garry and all who helped.

My visit to Wabash was a spur of the moment idea as I drove home , just to see what they had .
Has it turned out they did have a 2019 Cherokee that caught my eye . I took it out for a test ride and was surprised to see it had the same if not a little more performance as my old grand Cherokee despite the fact the new Cherokee was powered by a 2 liter turbo and the old Grand Cherokee was a 3.6 Liter V6.
The Sale Rep. that helped me was Garry Texeira , He set me up with a lease that was vary generous .
Garry showed me around the Dealership so I could find my way around the Place.
Since the day of my visit was a Saturday we could not finish the transaction until Monday , so Garry told me I could take the new Cherokee home with me for the weekend.
Overall it was a vary satisfying experience

Gary is the Man!! There was never any pressure, I looked at and drove several trucks, not once did he try to push me into one. When I said no he said ok and we were on to the next. Gary wanted me and my family to be happy even if it meant no sell. I plan on buying from him again when it's time for wife to get a new vehicle and when my kids are old enough to drive. Wonderful staff there at Wabash Valley Chrysler. Oh yeah they also watched my two girls while the wife and I were test driving, What a team they have there!!!

Mason was excellent in helping us find the right Ram 1500 Crew cab Big Horn 4x4.It was so refreshing to have a sales representative who really was interested in earning our buisness.We were offered the same exact truck at a different dealer and they beat the deal by 9 dollars per month.We choose to buy from Mason because of the way he handled our sale.He cares about the customer in making sure he gets what he really needs.

Set an appointment to test drive a car. This was at 2. Told salesperson I was from an hour away. The car was listed for several weeks. We set an appointment for 4. I took the afternoon off of work to make the drive. When I arrived I was told another family was buying the car and they just walked in off the street 20 minutes before I arrived for my scheduled time. The other buyer was clearly someone who had driven the car on an earlier date as it did not have a dealer plate on it today. I feel like another salesperson played my scheduled test drive appointment as leverage with another interested buyer. Not interested in this type of experience. I will buy elsewhere.
Update: I was told via a reply to this review that cars will be held for a small deposit. This was never offered to me. I was also faulted for using their website to secure an appointment time.

We had a great experience buying our new car here! Aaron was great to work with! He answered all of our questions and sent us a lot of helpful information we used to make the decision on which car to purchase. He even sat in the car with us after our purchase was complete and showed us all of the options the car had and how to use them. This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle!

I made the 3 hour drive up there to trade a truck in on a newer one. We came up with the numbers over the phone before wasting anyones time. Which i couldnt find another dealer that would do that! When driving a pretty good distance its always good knowing the numbers. No haggling no back and forth. Every employee in there was professional and welcoming!! Wish this dealership was closer to home so i could continue to work with them. Highly recommended!!!! I believe my salesmans name was aaron. Dude deserves a pay raise. Hands down the best dealership experience I ve ever had with any brand! I bought a Chrysler 200 beginning of this year( not from Wabash Valley unfortunately) and I ve tried 2 dealerships till I found this one. It s amazing how friendly their service department is. They don t give you any garbage when they talk to you about your car. Cody in the service department always makes you feel like a priority and they do great work. I live in Warsaw and I drive all the way to Wabash just because it has the big dealer amenities but with that hometown service. I ve recommended all of my family to take their jeeps and Chrysler s to them cause you know it gets done right.
Update 05/23/2018: Bought my new Jeep Compass with Wabash Valley. Garry in the sales staff is one of the nicest guys to work with. He didn't make me feel pressured and he made sure that everything was in order. He went above what I expected to make sure I got my SUV. I am from Warsaw and I drive clear to Wabash Valley because of the service you receive their. I love my new jeep and I look forward to being a long time customer with Wabash Valley. I honestly couldn't say enough good about how well they treat their customers.
