I purchased at truck sight unseen from 600 miles away and Aaron Parrish was phenomenal in his feedback and communication every step of the way. He gave me that trust in knowing the vehicle was sound with all the supporting pics and data. Couldn't ask for more. In addition, I noticed a broken front air dam when I got there in person to buy truck and the GM immediately apologized and said he'd order one and send it to my house!! They even filled up the tank and I just couldn't ask for more or better service. The finance team had all the agreed upon paperwork to sign and I was done in about 10 minutes. Thks Wabash!

Would give more stars if able. Very positive experience. Purchase was straightforward, fast yet thorough. After endless searching, I found the vehicle I was hoping to find at Wabash Valley Chrysler. I was fairly compensated for my trade as well. Kudos to Gary and team - I had never done a long distance car purchase before and wouldn t hesitate to work with them again. Thank you for making my 200+ mile trip worth it!

I am Carrie's husband. I am very happy with Aaron, who first let me and two friends test drive a scatpack challenger. He answered all my questions.and explained the leasing deal. After a few days of negotiations we made a deal. I am happy.

I am so happy that I purchased my car locally. Everyone there I dealt with was super nice and helpful. Garry Texeira was wonderful to work with. He wasn t pushy. He s down to earth. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles that I looked at. Even after my purchase he s always there to help me with any questions I have about setting things up like seat memory, how to use controls etc.... if you re thinking of getting another vehicle you need to go check out Wabash Chrysler.

Great place to buy a new vehicle! We received top dollar on our trade in, and drove off with a beautiful new Gladiator! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend!!

I have been more than pleased with Wabash Valley Chrysler over the years. They operate in excellence, putting the interest of their customers above all. Great staff, great selection, great service.

The work took a lot longer than it was going to. They said that we were to pick up the car at 3 - 3:30. We didn't have the car back for 2 and a half hours later. I didn't like having to wait for them to finish up the little job.

Honest, friendly, courteous service. My sales rep Garry Texeira was very personal and helped me purchase a used Ram 1500. The issues with the vehicle on the test drive were quickly resolved by the service team. Garry did his best to have answers about the truck and financing. I was able to leave satisfied with my purchase. I didn t feel pressured and was comfortable making my decisions.

Tyler James was great. Helped us get our very first brand new truck. Was very pleased with everyone at WVC. Thanks again Tyler.

Wabash Valley Chrysler has always been a great place to take your vehicles; however, more expensive. My two star critique is based off of communication (lack of) and delays. We had our vehicle there for SEVEN weeks to get a new engine after our vehicle was stolen and the engine seized. This was very stressful for us as this vehicle was used daily for commuting to work. Chrysler did not offer us a loaner vehicle, Chrysler did not keep us updated, Chrysler spoke with our insurance company more than to us which was frustrating as we are the owners and we were responsible for payment. Chrysler took this job on (gaining a huge payment from our insurance company and also a huge payment from us); however, kept telling us other pre-scheduled appointments took precedence over our vehicle. Thank you for not making us feel like valued customers.

Have purchased 2 vehicles here in the past 2 years. Have dealt with Brandon and Blake and both are exceptional at finding my wife exactly what she wanted and doing so it a straightforward, no pressure environment. I drive 40 minutes and past 2 other Jeep dealers to do business here.

We are from Ohio and found the exact vehicle we were looking for at Wabash. We worked with Aaron who was literally the best!!! He answered all our questions over the phone, text and email so we didn t waste many 3 hour trips. We were able to take care of everything digitally and then when we finally agreed on everything, we made the drive. The closing was seamless and easy. Paperwork was ready for us when we got there and Aaron went over the every detail of the vehicle with ya! He even paired the headphones and all our digital devices! I strongly recommend Wabash Valley! Impeccable customer service and seamless purchasing! Thank you again we will definitely be back!!

Service department could use a lesson in customer service 20 minutes of their time would have brought them years of service for my car as well as my family's cars and most likely we would have purchased our next few vehicles from them. But they were unwilling to be decent to a customer and lost far more than they would have gained.

Super experience. Worked with Gary completely over the phone as I was coming in from out of state to make my purchase. He was super pleasant, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to my asks and questions. Gary had everything ready for me when I came in and the process was quick and painless. I think I was done with paperwork in 10-15mins. He then took the time to walk me through all the features and get everything setup. 5 star experience!

After shopping locally I decided to make the 60 mile trip to Wabash Valley Chrysler to purchase my new 2015 Ram 2500 pickup. TJ and Brandon went above and beyond to make the whole transaction as seamless and painless as possible. No high pressure or game playing here. All this plus a great deal !!! Give them a chance, you will not be disappointed !!!!!

Wabash Valley Chrysler has great service and the employees are really focused on their customers. Employees are always very friendly and helpful with questions or any concerns you may have. They have a great selection of cars and a great staff to help you find the right one for you. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an easy experience and great service!

Well I thought it was all wrong but once it was explained to me I understand. I don't know how to delete this review. So imma write a new one... Josh just called me and took time from his day to explain it to me... so unless the car is worth alot( mine was not) it was a cheaper fix. So it could have been alot more. THANKS ALOT

Garry and the financial staff were great. It was a quick pleasant experience and they stayed after hours to get us into our new truck since we had drove an hour to get there. Definitely worth the drive to get the customer service we received. Would recommend them to anybody

Awesome experience with the staff at Wabash Chrysler Jeep

Garry and the staff were super. They got my new jeep from another dealership in one day and had it ready go. Went over all the details about it Better to stay local .

Josh Hecox, the service manager, is a crook. Let's his guys get away with not performing services that are sold and paid for. Sells fluid system flushes promising that they will fix problems, but says "there was no guarantee" when it didn't make a difference. Preys on older people who do not know better to buy services that Chrysler doesn't recommend.

This guy is a joke and hides behind the desk and doesn't take responsibility for his service department. Another example of a sketchy car dealership and sleazy manager.

Gary and his staff at Wabash Valley Chrysler are excellent. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient with their paperwork. WVC used a local credit union to process our auto loan. Gary spent a good portion of time with us after the sale showing us the extras on our new vehicle. I highly recommend Wabash Valley Chrysler if you are searching for a new or used vehicle. No pressure. Helpful and friendly. Terrific selection of Jeeps and trucks.
