Hands down the best dealership experience I ve ever had with any brand! I bought a Chrysler 200 beginning of this year( not from Wabash Valley unfortunately) and I ve tried 2 dealerships till I found this one. It s amazing how friendly their service department is. They don t give you any garbage when they talk to you about your car. Cody in the service department always makes you feel like a priority and they do great work. I live in Warsaw and I drive all the way to Wabash just because it has the big dealer amenities but with that hometown service. I ve recommended all of my family to take their jeeps and Chrysler s to them cause you know it gets done right.
Update 05/23/2018: Bought my new Jeep Compass with Wabash Valley. Garry in the sales staff is one of the nicest guys to work with. He didn't make me feel pressured and he made sure that everything was in order. He went above what I expected to make sure I got my SUV. I am from Warsaw and I drive clear to Wabash Valley because of the service you receive their. I love my new jeep and I look forward to being a long time customer with Wabash Valley. I honestly couldn't say enough good about how well they treat their customers.
