Set an appointment to test drive a car. This was at 2. Told salesperson I was from an hour away. The car was listed for several weeks. We set an appointment for 4. I took the afternoon off of work to make the drive. When I arrived I was told another family was buying the car and they just walked in off the street 20 minutes before I arrived for my scheduled time. The other buyer was clearly someone who had driven the car on an earlier date as it did not have a dealer plate on it today. I feel like another salesperson played my scheduled test drive appointment as leverage with another interested buyer. Not interested in this type of experience. I will buy elsewhere.
Update: I was told via a reply to this review that cars will be held for a small deposit. This was never offered to me. I was also faulted for using their website to secure an appointment time.
