What a beautiful bookstore, and everything to see and eat and drink

Beautiful location for a bookstore. You don't know where to start

A church that was closed, renovated and re-opened as a book store. First time I had ever seemed that . . .the wall and ceiling still had the murals . . . well worth dropping buy to see it.

Beautiful property! Not for the consumer with mobility problems.

Good shop if you need a book. It's a bit of a shame that they charge a euro for the toilet

If you like books you should definitely go here. Large collection housed in a former church. Beautifully atmospheric. And when you are tired of browsing the collection, there is an opportunity for a nice cup of coffee in the coffee bar.

Most beautiful bookstore in Zwolle in the Broerenkerk. You can also eat and drink a snack there. The book selection is unfortunately somewhat limited.

Large assortment in the bookstore (in the church !!) but the restaurant is almost worth more. Nice card with many regional products. And always something tasty with coffee

Huge selection of books but the main reason to go is the architecture and amazing inside space. There's a cafe serving drinks and light food but in the good weather, head for the ice-cream van in the square outside!

If you go to Zwolle, you have to go here. It is one of the most unique book stores in the Netherlands and perhaps the world, but you might still be passing by. Buy a book / magazine and then enjoy delicious food in the brasserie. From there you can have a beautiful view of the church and the ceiling paintings stand out extra well. I can also recommend going there very early, the light through the stained glass is then the most beautiful.

Zwolle is a beautiful Hanseatic city and worth a visit. Also Waanders in the Broere nice location and good coffee

A very wide range of books and fun accessories. Its location in the 15th century church makes it a wonderful place to browse and buy your books. For now a nice coffee to take away and toilet available.

Again sniffed in one of the most beautiful bookshops in the Netherlands. Of course I came home with a nice book.

The pork tacos are seriously the most delicious tacos I have ever had. the dressing is fabulous. I got the caprese sandwich, and it was FRESH GOOEY MOZZERELLA and it was so delicious. The outdoor seating is lovely and the wait staff was polite and helpful.
