I've been a customer for 18 years. Excellent service, technicians always treat me and my home with the utmost respect. I wouldn't use anyone else for my HVAC needs.

Scott was very nice, gave me all the information I needed and was very professional.

The installation was to take 2 days, but the installers had the furnace and heat pump running the first day. Good thing since it was 93 degrees outside. They also did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. Instruction on the Infinity controller was quick and easy, and now I can access the controls anytime through my phone. It also alerts me on issues that might come up. So far it's been pretty awesome. I'll be interested in seeing the electrical costs in the winter with this high efficiency heat pump.

We had W.F. Hann install a new Carrier furnace 4 years ago. The installation crew was clean, professional, and knew what they were doing. I have had my furnace serviced annually every year since the install. The service guys have been great and have been able to adjust my furnace to be over 98% efficient. W.F. Hann knows what they're doing and I would recommend them to anyone.
