Verry nice place to spend a weekend nice riverside vieuw.

This place is clean and contemporary. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable.

The restaurant and bar at the back of the hotel by the pool was also nice. This hotel is equally adequate for a business stay or on vacation with your family. Just be aware that there's no beach at this location.

I recommend this hotel.

The staff are exceptional. Great service. Hotel is always clean and still has the new look and feel. Provides a shuttle service to take you to town, but you have to get your own transport to come back. Food was also great. Try the coconut shrimp and also the bar-b-que chicken with yucca fries.

Nice clean rooms. Staffs very helpful. Stayed here on my recent 2 visits. Probably the best place to stay in town since I have not had the opportunity of experiencing other hotels in paramaribo.

How to evaluate something "unique"? Starting with the strong point, by the treatment given by the team, especially by Silvestre and Shaquille: reception of 1a.
But the hotel is something else: it ends up becoming a meeting point of the city for ostentation, events or even take the family to the pool and meals.
Speaking of food, The Fish Market always tries to outdo itself, despite the salty price ... But the other meaty environment leaves something to be desired at the beaks when the basics begin to fail.
Well maintained facilities good wifi and tv service but the rooms can not miss that smell of American coatings chemical.
They seek to create a cozy environment even for those who go to work and do not have time to enjoy ...

Excellent hotel. Relaxing atmosphere, very friendly staff, view is nice because near the river. Also has swimming pool not so big but enough:) Foods are delicious. I am recommend this hotel.

If visiting Suriname and staying in the Paramaribo area, staying at the Marriott is a must if you want to get the best bang for your buck when it comes to receiving GREAT SERVICE with a GREAT SMILE! This was my first visit to Suriname. As always, I carry my cards for security and no cash at all. To my surprise, the fee for the visit card must be paid in either Euros or USD. Needless to say, the Marriott staff sent cost of my visa fee with the shuttle driver in an effort to get my on the way to the hotel. Moreover, due to their great relationship with Suriname Air, the hotel staff were able to alert me of my flights delay before it was communicated via website. Also, the hotel provide guests with early morning flights the ability to travel to the airport with a great breakfast to go! Though I was on work travel, the Marriott also has shuttle service into and from town for local sightseeing and all. The staff and all reqlgarding this Marriott deserves a 10.

Good food, good service and walking distance to town

It's a courtyard so it is what it is.. However, the staff here are by far the friendliest and most customer oriented out of any courtyard I have visited. They genuinely make you feel welcome.

Friendly staff but expensive for what it is. No bottle of water in the room yet. You have to buy water in the shop below. I think this is not possible for the price you paid should it be present in the room and for free. The rooms are spacious and the pool is beautiful. The breakfast is also good.

About once a month I stay here for work and I have never had a problem here. The customer service is great.

Marriott has a standard that anywhere you go, it is always maintained. I had a great experience as always.

This is a very good hotel, the staff is very helpful and they make you feel like home. There is an ice machine on every floor(!) Never seen this before, use it to your advantage if you know how to make drinks yourself. Rooms are big, beds are comfortable and service is impeccable. Highly recommended.

The best attention in Paramaribo the staff is very kind, always look for the way to make your stay comfortable. The view to the river is beautiful.

They charge USD 180 for a night but will not provide complimentary water bottles also. Never expected such facility.

This hotel is clean and pleasant. Service in the main dinning room is rather slow for solo customers. The chefs have come a long way in preparing much appreciated glutten free items for me here. A chocolate gluten free cake was prepared that was amazing. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and maintained nicely. The internet is very good and stays connected wireless and wired.

Everyone was absolutely great, friendly, attentive, never made to feel a bother no matter how many times I bothered them. Food in restaurant was great and plentiful.

The Courtyard is a nice hotel for travelers. It s safe with key access at the elevator and a Gaurd our front. The rooms are decent and located a short drive to the main strip downtown. I didn t find the pool and beach behind the hotel until the last night. It was too dark for a picture but I could tell it was beautiful. The only thing that kept me from 5 stars was the breakfast in the morning. It didn t offer many options and really no quick to go options. I was running late to a meeting and just went for some toast which was pretty expensive toast but that s my fault. I think some easier options to go would be nice like bagels although I was told that s not something they really eat in Suriname and more options in general. I would stay again and make sure I check out the pool and beach!

Excellent hotel and good staff, the atmosphere is very good, very well located, clean rooms, offer amenities as bars, swimming pool and restaurant that offer local and international menu.

Facilities are okay. Food is good. The themed nights are great. Fish Friday's has a lot.of options and the chef never disappoints

Hello, everyone.
In my humble opinion this is so awful hotel. There's unbearable smell of dampness in the room. Rooms look like very old repaired. No feeling of the fool rest. It's a tidy penny for the suit about 200$ so far only breakfast is included.(hey, we're in Paramaribo,so this is not Bahamas)Too much noisy room. There are many other people at swimming area coming from outside (not staying in hotel) it makes you not visit pool. Construction areas are on the both hotel's sides so window view leaves much to be desired. Neither hotel's security nor the management at all. Staff is not client-oriented.

Fully equiped, food is good, people nice, rooms great

been there a lot of time for work. room are good .ac good . food is ok but you can go to a lot cheaper restaurants juste 5 minutes from there . a lot of good restaurants in parbo . over all it's the best place to stay in paramaribo. but if you are ungry or need a drink go in town .
