I had a great experience working/communicating with Vxchnge and their data center is top knotch!

ION have been a customer of vXchnge for over 10 years at their Austin facility. Their staff is very efficient and available. Ticketing system is easy to navigate and are addressed in a timely fashion. vXchnge has always provided ample notifications to emergency issues and scheduled maintenance with a follow-up when it is completed. We have been very pleased with the extra amenities they provide such as documenting inventory in our racks and providing this information in a graphical layout on their online portal, which by the way was complimentary. It is refreshing to have a vendor provide some services without an additional cost. It has been rumored they will be releasing a mobile application which again comes without a cost to their customers.

Great datacenter, secure, with great carrier options. Most importantly though, all of the people there are great to work with! Would highly recommend.

Customer Support is great. Easy to communicate and they are great at following up on requests. The site was able to answer my questions quickly and provide an email response as well. Very professional and highly recommend.

Extremely satisfied with our move to vXchnge. Everyone that we have met and spoken with is super helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of. The entire move in process, the security, and the on-boarding have all be a welcome change from our previous experiences. They are flexible from turn-ons to load in and more, we love that the service is available 24/7. It has been amazing to work with a team of professionals that go above and beyond to ensure that each interaction or service meets the client needs. I am very impressed at the level of value add services that they offer free of charge. Our needs include options for expansion both locally and abroad and they are very willing to cater to and enable that. Working with a company that has a clear vision for the way to cultivate relationships and a future expansion puts us in a great position. We plan to be with them for a very long time.

Great group of folks. vXchnge guys work round the clock to make sure everything is perfect, and they reach out quickly with information we need to know. Excellent customer communications. They keep us current on all operational changes, utility power issues and upgrades. Top-tier company -- super good people. Trustworthy.
