The best Job I have ever had! VIP Desk Connect has supported through everything life has brought my way and provided me with countless amounts of additional learning and have given me the tools for greatness. The management is also very helpful and caring. It truly feels like a family.

I worked for VIPdesk connect for a about a year. I've had nothing but great experiences. The leadership team is small and that is what makes them great. They have numerous clients that they work with so there is really never a dull moment. The only negative may be the pay depending on the client but they can work with you.

Opportunity for expanding your knowledge and moving up within the company is available. As long as you are willing to put in the work, the results and rewards will follow. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to some personal issues, but I would be happy to reapply for their positions if I needed to.

My experience with VIPdesk Connect was by interview. I recently applied for their Remote Customer Service position with and exclusive brand. My resume has African American printed on it for those who don't want to hire AA's we both can save time. But what is happening companies are gving me interviews to not hire as with VIPdesk. When I first spoke with the young interviewer I could tell by her tone I would not be getting the position with the exclusive brand. By the way she rudely cut my sentence off when I tried to answer a question. Theres a thing with r@cist non blks in positions. I will be writing a letter to the exclusive brand with this r@cist practice of fake interviewing. I'm starting a blog to also point out these companies. I've applied and applied I am in my second half of completing my dissertation in business marketing. Beginning to think maybe my job is to expose these companies by interviews.

Interviewer V.U. not the sharpest tool in the shed. I answered the phone and said "hello, this is "x" speaking. V.U. says is "x" home ? Seriously, pay attention much ? Then she actually tells me that company they're hiring for isn't compatible with Mac Mojave , she tells me that if I try to use it and the system test fails they will never call me again for any job. So I should just decline this job instead of trying. She then laughably tells me their system only works with OLD Mac programs Sierra or El Capitan . This poor girl has no idea what she is doing.

I just read the reviews and 2 stuck put to me because I literally experienced the same. I applied for the Luxury Remote position and completed and followed all of the assessments. I was truly elated about the interview that was held yesterday in a group. I was finally up for my turn for the phone screening ans was cut off, and felt I had the job before that. The interview was 45 of minutes the Host/ Recruiter Penny and the last 2 mins consisted of her asking 2 linear questions. Her happy and energetic tone changed immediately. She was short and hung up abruptly.

Needless to say I agree with Viv below. My husband felt I had the job with all of the correspondence prior. The feeling I had after the screening gave me negative vibes. The month of training was to start tomorrow but, the regretful email came in just before 6 pm this evening. I am not surprised however. disheartened tthe such a luxury brand requires the upmost of standards for the position but, VIPdesk didn't showcase the same requirements. I truly feel it was due to a lack of diversity and Ms. Penny held a phone screening for 120 seconds to judge the voice and the other end as opposed to the credentials and resume.

With such an intense training commitment, what an employee lacked, that training would provide. The training
will ensure that he or she are ready to provide Customer ServiceMaster to said " Luxury Brand".
