Beware of this company... I ordered a kindle paperwhite, which arrived 'locked' and after contacting Amazon, it was reported as stolen. Their customer service was just shocking, and I ended up having to solve everything myself directly with Amazon, who were great. Buyer beware - they are selling stolen goods.
There customer service sucks. They show a phone number no one answers and no voice mail. Calling Amazon is another joke, they don't have a clue there even are part of this company. Trying too get a phone number from them is not worth the heart ache. Never had an issue before but this makes me think twice about it.
You can get some great deals at Woot AS LONG AS YOU DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFOREHAND!!!! See what they are selling, then check their prices against other sites selling the same thing.
I ordered 2 bikes around the 28th of march and havent been able to contact anyone from the company. I received an email about an hour ago stating my package was delivered to my mailbox in Cleveland. I live in Pa. Horrible service, i cant reach a soul at the company, and im starting to believe its a scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Horrible customer service - no phone contact - ordered an item at 10:30 PM canceled at 5 AM next morning and they tell me they can't cancel as order is already being staged. Common sense, they can cancel the order - just don't ship it. Will never order again.
Was one of my favorite online retailers but then they got bought by Amazon. And they just have the stuff that will not sell on amazon. For the same price as Amazon
STOP!!!! WOOT DOES NOT HONOR ANY OF THEIR WARRANTIES!!! THEY DELAY YOU BY NOT OFFERING PHONE SUPPORT THEN DELAY YOU FURTHER BY FAILING TO NOTATE YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU WANT TO ROLL THE DICE AND SEE IF THEIR PRODUCTS WORK BE MY GUESS BUT CHECK AMAZON FIRST (YES THEY OWN WOOT BUT DO NOT OFFER THE SAME GUARANTEES) FOR LITTLE BIT MORE YOU GET THAT A-Z GUARANTEE
Is really Amazon distribution center. No longer Woot.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ON AMAZON. They are very disorganized and incompetent. Sent return back with tracking and they still can't refund money back. Had to open a dispute with my bank. The negative reviews are all true.

About Woot, inc.
Woot.com pioneered the "one deal per day" business model that is now used by several sites across the internet. The basic idea is that only one product is available for sale at any given time and each product is only available for 24 hours. At midnight (US Central time), the product is replaced by a different product. If a product sells out before then, a "Sold Out" message is displayed until the next day's product goes up. Woot's 2007 revenue was $117MM. On June 30th 2010, the NY Times reported that Woot.com had agreed to an acquisition by Amazon for an undisclosed amount. Some companies with similar business models are [WhiskeyMilitia](http://www.WhiskeyMilitia.com), [Ideeli](http://www.crunchbase.com/organization/ideeli) and [GearEngine](http://www.gearengine.com).
