We went to volkswagen to inquire about the purchase of a new vehicle that we had planned. When we arrived we were greeted by a sales representative, Mr. Riquier, who first listened to us about the type of vehicle that we liked and that we wanted. Mr Riquier therefore advised us on the new polo shirt which we liked immediately, he gave us time to think it over, we contacted him to make an appointment to review the vehicle and talk about the formalities. Finally we ordered our vehicle and yesterday we went to pick it up. We are delighted with the way in which Mr. Riquier listened to us, advised us, during our calls he was always courteous and kind. In short if you want to change your vehicle I advise you to go to Volkswagen Douai we will listen to you and we will advise you with courtesy and kindness which is rare at the moment, having experience with other French brand and believe me a very bad experience.
