I have been trying to get garbage in hall taken care of. Roaches are having a ball. It has been over a week. Who do i contact to resolve this matter I have run out of all options. No one seems to care. Roaches are getting bad.
If there was a way I could give them negative 10 stars i would.

NO DOOR OPENING SERVICES AFTER DARK THEY SAID. At fist maintenance said theyd be by in half an hour! An hour later I call to follow up and they changed their mind!
Literally the craziest management team i have ever met. The manager is crazy, she was my neighbor.. smiled in my face and lied about me behind my back!!

VTT will rip you off. We signed a contract at Dayton Towers. That week a few days later, Jonathan asked us to sign another contract because they had printed a wrong date. We thought, "no biggie." Was told our move out date was end of June. That was a mistake. Moved in July 1st for 12 mo. When it came to the end of our lease, we got ready to move. Was out on time. Then found out our agreement was for July 31st. So, no deposit back. Plus we were getting a bill because our deposit was not in full. It was a discount for moving in!!!
We weren't the only ones this happened to. So beware. They will pull what ever they can to manipulate the contract. Ask for a copy right there and keep it. Any VTT Management property is a shame to renters. Again, beware please.
Never renting from corporate again.
This place doesn t even deserve one star. They deserve 0. Terrible management who will do anything for a quick buck. They will tow you just because they can . Lowsy parking lot followed up by even worse management. AVOID PARKING HERE!!
Update: Finally was able to get in touch with Kim who was very helpful and apologetic. Took 3 long month, but I was able to get my deposit back.
I lived at there property in Charlotte, NC for 3 months and had to leave because raccoons where in my ceiling and breaking through the walls where my children's room was. I was told by the regional manger that I will be let out of my lease and my deposit return ( I have emails for proof). I left June 29 and I have yet to receive my deposit back. I've called the property manager, left voicemails with the regional manager as well as send emails and not one phone was return and the property manager is avoiding my call. I have to now find a lawyer to help get my deposit back. I was never late on rent and left the place spotless for them to avoid giving me my money back so I can find another place for myself and my kids. We are currently homeless because of this.
Poor management with no regards to common ethical business practices. Towing cars because we can in a lot that has no private postings. Taking advantage of the large apartment complex across the street and towing cars for extra money. Just read the Glassdoor reviews of this company and you will see even past employees know how bad it is. Slumlord type leadership that will screw you over. Stay away from this company!!!
A company that owns a parking lot in front of an a apartment building and they randomly come to the lot and point out 4 or 5 cars to have towed. Depending on how much extra cash they can use on any given day. How is this legal or ethical? What poor business ethics...wouldn t want to be involved in any business dealings with this company. A shame they are targeting local citizens to screw over.
Never rent property with this company, never, cooler and soulless people and come with us. Do not sympathize with anyone's situation or in the pandemic, many families suffered at their hands, and read the contract that says it cannot be broken even if you die, be careful.
I want to thank a specific VTT employee, Oscar. He came to my house today just to clean the A / C filters, and listened to the fire alarm system beeping for lack of battery, checked and texted someone to come and change the battery. Then I asked him if he could take a look at the shredder and quickly he looked and fixed the problem that was not letting the shredder work. He did what my husband and I had been trying to do for months by calling VTT for someone to come check these problems. And he gladly and cheerfully did. Super nice Oscar, should be the manager of VTT, and earn a nice salary increase! Thank you Oscar!
Just moved to Framingham from out of state and heard about VTT through a coworker. I was very impressed with how easy and fast it was to apply. Got approved within a couple of days and had my keys by the end of the week. Great communication and clean apartments.
My old landlord sold her home to these people. I only had 3 months of my contract remaining when she sold it. It's been about almost 40 days since I've moved out and no sign of my deposit money. I just called and they said they are looking into but then said they didn't find me in the system. They better not try to get away with this I already have a lawyer and if I have to take them to court I won't be afraid to do it.
